Boy did THAT one sentence rivit to the soul ... Brooke yelling at Taylor about hoping she will never know what it is like to have your baby ripped out of your arms .... SO is that what we have in store. Nick is going to be sympathetic and devote his time to Brooke, they fall in love again, he dumps Taylor ... everyone finds out it is Brooke's baby and Brooke and Nick 'rip the baby from Taylor's arms' ...

It is definitely starting to happen. Did you hear Nick tell Taylor today that Brooke was a good enough mother to raise her kids years ago. He was all about defending Brooke and really had no regard for his (pregnant)wife or her feelings.

I'm so glad you called my attention to that! A while ago on the network site, posters were 100% opposed to the "scrambled eggs" storyline. I love it! It gives the writers so much mileage for months to come, and at last an s/l isn't going to be resolved in two episodes! (Remember Brooke'sfirst interrupted wedding when Nick and Massimo were falsely arrested? Nick was just getting out of jail, still in his wedding tux, when Brooke had already started re-dating Ridge and had decided to marry him!) This eggs story has so many possibilities for fans to say "I hope": As much as I like Bridget, I hope that the fact Brooke's daughters performed the "scrambled egg" procedure complicates matters for a court case! I hope that Jack Wagner --who has been so terrific calculating and manipulating on the prime-time soaps-- finally gets a chance to stop playing someone love sick and becomes a really evil conniver or a to-die for gallant and super-cool heartthrob. I hope that Brooke gets to show off all her flaws in full glory --selfishness, disdain for others. And I hope that Taylor gets a chance, finally, to stand tall and fight back with great dignity and strength. Wow. Can't wait.

Yeh; baby!!!! Taylor won't be so holier-than-thou or judgemental then; will she? Why does she always get portrayed as being perfect? She has her skeletons too and I cannot wait to see this turn around and bite her!!! Who is she to be considered a valued witness to testify to anything? Thanks to her bad choices; Darla was ripped from her family. Taylor is no pillar of virtue!! Give me a break! I wouldn't want her counseling me or anyone that I care about!!

Why would anyone especially Brooke go to a shrink who needs a shrink herself? Why wasn't Taylor's license taking away in the first place for driving drunk, killing someone and then covering it up, in the first place. Seeing her go to work at her office to counsel people a few after her trial was very poor writing. Brooke and Nick will take the baby from Taylor after it is born. Taylor will start drinking again once she finds out whose baby she was carrying.

I've been thinking about that brief question of Taylor's about eye color. She hopes the baby has Nick's eyes. Then she said something about the gene for blue eyes being recessive. If I remember correctly, 2 brown-eyed parents could have a blue-eyed offspring, but blue-eyed parents could not have brown-eyed children. Taylor said she didn't remember the donor's eye color. Bridget just got nervous. Something to keep in mind?

it's gonna get good all right! I did notice the cliff-hanger too. Thats what is going to happen..or what they want us to think is going to happen. I agree with earlier poster..i wouldn't Taylor counseling me either .
I had a thread earlier about talking to your ex-husbands wife about your problems..ewwwwwww..like i'd want her to know all my dark secrets.
I think Nick as the gallant is great. I love him. This soaps needs a man like him . Especially since Ridge and Eric have been castrated by snippy Stephanie.

I also feel this is where they are headed.I think in 2008 Brooke will have a mother of a year ahead of her.
