Exactly! She had to run to something of Nick's. Could she be any more transparent?
Nick either, grow up you immature selfish image of a man.
He makes me ill. I have never liked him. He is as fickle as Brooke is. His brain is definately not in his head.

Maybe going home to a empty house was to painful? There she could be alone with her thoughts withouts reminders of the kids that are everywhere in her house. If she went to either Bridget's or Rick's place she would not be able to think or just not think because they would want to comfort her or give their 2 cents. Nick should have been home with his wife. Looked equal on the the almost kiss and Nick was the only one standing up fo her. The way this story is heading Ridge will be the alone when Ashley is with Rick, then Mommy Stephanie can have him all to herself "yuck" those two.

HA! If Ridge and Ashley break up Brooke will be on him quicker than a fat man on a free buffet! She was at his house three weeks ago all upset because Ridge told her that he had Ashley at the party and that's why she wasn't invited. Then she went into stalker mode and stood on the balcony and watched them. That was three weeks ago and it wasn't that long ago that she went to see Ashley to warn her about how strong her connection was to Ridge. Now all of a sudden she's back to Nick. She flip flops so much that I'm surprised she hasn't broken her back yet. The only thing Brooke can focus on is how to use those kids to get a man into her bed. Nick is a total retard for getting drawn back into her mess. Taylor needs to go ahead and cut him loose. As far as that baby is concerned, I'd rather Taylor have a miscarriage than Brooke's baby. Lord knows she doesn't need another child to screw up, and that's exactly what will happen.

So did Nick after Taylor's jerky behavior. And had I just lost my children, I would not want to face an empty house.

Sorry guys - but I feel and have always felt that Nick & Broke had that "chemistry" - that she NEVER had w/ Ridge.
She might have went on the boat to just unwind. Like another commenter stated: Going home would have reminded her of her happy times w/ children (with all the photos, etc) At least she DID NOT go to a bar!
But you have to admit that Nick has always been a stand-up man. He keeps his word & promises. He now feels especially responsible because not only was it "his lighter", but also "his wife" Taylor who the judge made it clear to all - made his final decision. That made NO SENSE what-so-ever. Why didn't Storm bring up the that Stephanie kidnapped Brooke and was part of the cover-up w/ Ridge?
Have any of them forgot it was Brooke who finally MADE Stephanie realize its time to call Ridge to come and confess. It was Brooke who was at his side, it was Brooke who took him home and said she "forgave him".
What happen to Ridge - all-of-a-sudden now brooke is no longer his destiny. He too is getting on my nerves.
He could have helped Brooke in that courtroom. She pressed her own son Rick to help defend Ridge (knowing how Rick felt about Ridge). Yet everyone forgets so easily.
Sorry guys - this time I think Brooke was not to blame for anything. She DID NOT do nothing majorly wrong to lose her children over. Too much was said, and yet some important facts WERE NOT even brought up. Ridge is no Angel!
He tells Ashley he needs her NOW more than ever! PLEASE!
Even though I like Taylor. I still say (in my personal opinion) that Nick & Brooke belong together. Your can see the electricity when they even look at each other.
I agree that if anything Taylor should miscarry to avoid any later sadness. But I now want the BABY to be Brooke's.
I think Nick & Brooke DEF. belong 2getha!

I really don't think she went there looking for Nick. I think she just wanted to be alone to think and didn't want to back to an empty house. She probably figured Nick would go home to his wife. Ridge could have helped her in that courtroom. It was just a few weeks ago she risked her son's mental well being to help Ridge. Rick even admitted to remembering something he actually didn't remember to help Brooke help Ridge.

marylou627 - I couldn't agree with you more!
In just the past few weeks EVERYONE (including Stephanie) had Brooke to thank for not only making Ridge come forward and confess, but to be by his side throughout the entire ordeal. She did press Rick to please try to remember.
But did Ridge bother bringing that up in court "What an unfit mother she was by pressing her child to remember" - OH NO! Cause it was Ridge's butt she saved!
Plus she never even pressed charges on Stephanie for 1st trying to strangle her with the phone cord, then kidnapping her at Big bear, holding a gun at her, firing a gun when Brooke was gonna drive away - NOT TO MENTION: Stephanie being a MAJOR part in the cover-up w/ Ridge. Yet Stephanie always decides when someone is right or wrong. I like how Stephanie defends her children, but this past time when she help Ridge destroy evidence and sat back and watch Nick take the blame was too far. I still think Ridge got off way too easy and Stephanis also should have been held accountable. Yet Brooke never turned her in. Brooke knew the truth. Especially what Stephanie did to her. I recall years back when Stephanie brought a package over to Brooke (as a gift) - it was a GUN. Remember she told Brooke to shoot herself and let everyone else be at peace.
Now why didn't all that COME UP to that so-called social worker Dorothy. Does she have an idea WHAT Stephanie is capable of? For once I felt for Brooke. I am sorry for all the other commenters: But to me Brooke DID NOT deserve this. I like her more when she is strong willed and on her own, and yes: I beleive she & Nick do belong 2getha!

I believe at some point we must all give Brooke a break. Just about all of the women on this show have been with one, two, three, men except Stephanie who only wants Ridge. Brooke is really just insecure. I believe she would have always been with Ridge if it wasn't for Stephanie. She went searching for love in other places but it always led her back to Ridge. If Ridge had a backbone and oould stand up to his mother, that would have saved Brooke a lot of heartache. I do believe however that she and Nick make a better couple. They have a certain chemistry about them that she didn't have with Ridge. Nick has always been true to her and she knows that. Taylor is turning into a Brooke...in search of something. It just so happens that she's searching in the wrong place. She too, has been with Ridge, Thorne, Brooke's dad, could have been Eric (stephanie just doesn't know that). Taylor is no saint. I don't think Brooke went looking for Nick. She didn't expect him to be there. It was on the boat where she found her happiness and some of the calmest moments of her life. That is what she was in search of. I believe she is sincere in wanting to turn her life around. Lets give her a break.

I am really hoping that (even though I want Brooke and Nick back together) that the purpose of this whole storyline is to really show that Brooke can take on the Forresters. As someone suggested the idea of her competing against them in fashion is something I really want to see. Now Brooke as a designer, I am not sure about, but I think it would be great to see her succeed in this. At least this would be something a bit different then the tired line of her going after another man.

I wonder if Nick would be panting like the dog after the cat if he knew about Brooke going to Ashley and Ridge like she did just a few short weeks ago? What a fool. He will throw away what he has with Taylor for a few rolls in the hay with Brooke, to be hurt sooner than later by her in the end.
Brooke just can't stand for any of her men to be with another woman. She needs therapy for that.

Brook is pathetic... There has to be more than 2 men in LA!

She ran right back to Nick, AGAIN! Give it up, B&B, like Taylor and the botox, you are overdoing it!

LOL, Taylor and the botox, she did overdo it didn't she? She should give Brooke a little, she is really wrinkled up now for being so young.
