Stephanie's character has started to cross the line of believer ability. She always finds enough gullible people to take her word without question. There should at least be some kind of setup for scheming to make it a little believable. Eric is always out of the loop until things blow up. I have liked Stephanie but at this point she is coming off as a loose cannon. The writer had a grand opportunity to interweave the complexities of Stephanie’s baggage from an abusive childhood but this story fell into the shadows quickly. It would be great to see flash backs or breakthroughs in her struggle to become whole again. Some of her past could be used to explain her irrational behavior in the present. She is thanking Brooke for helping keep her son out jail for "murder" and without pause she returns to trying to destroy her. She shows no gratitude to the woman who could have had her jailed for kidnapping her and allowed Ridge to go to jail. How could stephanie not see that Brooke risked her own sons emotinal well being to save Stephanie' son, Ridge. She is almost making me like Brooke.

I have no criticism of the actors they both are extraordinary.

I dislike Stephanie strongly. She is becoming a very selfish,arrogant person.

you guys are correct, Stephanie is out of control.
This begs the question WHY DOES SHE HSTE BROOKE SO MUCH?
I think it may have to do with Eric and Beth(Brooke's mother).
How, I do not know, just a though. i just can'y understand how someone can have so much hatred towards one person. Destroying brooke has become Stephanie's life for the past 20 years.

This is a little confusing to me. STephanie has been saying Brooke is unstable and not good for the children ..but..what about a granny who kidnaps a woman and holds her hostage at "GUNPOINT" (remember the cabin when brooke was going to tell about ridge accidently shooting what's his face?) until she is talked down? unstable mable there.
And didnt brooke and stephanie have a sorta warm and fuzzy moment back in the winter when her, ridge ,eric and Steph. all went to the cabin and Brooke kissed her on the cheek and said..'i know you love me'.
Stephanie lying and letting Nick sit in jail for something he didnt do?
I dont think id want that granny watching my kids.

Stephanie is unbelievable and always has been from the beginning. She fails to realize it HER actions that cause the most destruction in the family. The only thing she has to do is goade Brooke then all hell breaks loose. You would have thought that after ALL these years she would have learned something by now. But NO now with this custody mess she involved herself in with Brooke,she going have nothing but more trouble for arguing with Donna and insulting both Brooke and Donna and saying she is rid of both of them. Lady you need to get a clue as far thinking you will be rid of Brooke,after ALL these years no matter what you have done YOU STILL cannot get rid of her and will not. Now throwing Donna in it, Stephanie you are asking for 2x the amount of fun.
