Clark's still there, but remember, everyone has always said Clarke doesn't have the touch that Ridge has, and so whatever she comes up with, it's always taken Ridge's talent to bring it to life. BUT, like you said, she will be chopping at the bit to model for Nick, especially with Taylor's figure being that of an expected mother and not cater to lingerie at the moment. BUT the good thing about it is, and this is rather spoilerish, we dont' have to worry bout Brooke's parade of panties because she goes back to FO and becomes Stephanie's problem......

Awesome post BRE, just AWESOME!!! The reason the Brookester couldn't be truthful with her child is because she does NOT want him to know that she chased after his BROTHER because she just had to have him, no matter what, no matter who, she just had to have her "Wiiiiddddddgggggggge" what about the cheeeeeewdddrennnnnnnn?? Dirn, Brooke, what about his brother and sister, they HAD a father, but you pushed him out the door because you just couldn't let their FATHER Eric be involved in their lives because you felt there was gonna be conflict???

Someone should have told the Brookester that SHE was the so called conflict, SHE was the reason Rick's life fell apart and he shot Grant, not because of Ridgiepoo, but because of BROOKE LOGAN, his very own mother!!!

And look at Bridget. She's no better, BOTH of Eric's kids with that woman have lived in total caios ALL their lives because their MOTHER kept chasing after their BROTHER! Talk about that song, "I'm my own Grandpa!" Hay Brooke, there ya go, so how's that working for ya now??!!!

Brooke couldn't tell Ric the entire story because there would be no sympahty for her sticking it to herself and her children. No she had to appear the victim, gaining smpathy and having Ridge look like the big bad wolf. The only blacklash to that is Ric grew up hating Ridge because of his mother allowed them to blame it all on Ridge. What Brooke didn't realize is that she was the only one in that house that was in love with Ridge, so forgiving him came naturally to her. But for Ric who wasn't in love with Ridge, his hatred just grew and grew with each let down. Ric will never see Ridge as anything but the low down dog that betrayed his mother's love. Brooke made sure of that, even though she may not have intentionally wanted Ric ending up hating Ridge, it happen none the less.

Now she has to deal with the demons she created with her one sided version of events that took place between her and Ridge. That's the thing, you cannot allow your children into your PERSONAL life, they form their opinions on how they preceive things, and there was no way for Ric to know his mother was telling one sided stories and that she was setting herself UP for disappointment and heartache.

Brooke basically, unintentionally or not turned Ric against Ridge.

To an extent it is true that Eric didnot abandon Rick.I remember during those years Sheila was after Eric and she sabotaged Bridgets paternity test so she could have him for herself. It was about that time Sheila asked Brooke what would she do if the test revealed that Eric was Bridget's father: Brooke said she would patch -up her marriage to Eric so they could raise their children together. But Sheila was not having it,so thus the point that Eric being out his children's life was not all Brooke's fault. As for Rick seeing Brooke get hurt by Ridge time and time again he did she it,so did Bridget. It was hard for Rick to see the mother he loved be treated so badly by a man she loved so much and would have done anything to be with, which Brooke did. Also both Rick and Bridget grew -up knowing that Stephanie hated their mother no matter how good Stephanie was to them. So in reality both of these children suffered because of the indecisiviness and manipulation of the adults around them.

OH Please! That so called bashing of Brooke, was not anything bad. Nothing as bad as the people who bash Stephanie, and I have not seen a moderater slap anyone's hands on it at all.
