Why are the writers keeping Taylor anywhere near Ridge? She shouldn't be his support and warm shoulder. He's got Brooke and all of his kids to do that. Yesterday's episode including Taylor was plain dumb! Why in the H_ll do they keep throwing her character with Ridge? She sold her shares to Nick and no longer has any interest in the company. Ridge should secure his children's future and receive comfort from them. Just dumb, dumb, dumb.

Taylor as usual is forever the desperate fool, that believes there will be trouble between Ridge and Brooke because of Katie becoming CEO of FC. Just like any shark she smells blood in the waters and ready to bash Brooke for being there to support her silly sister instead of pouting in the office with Ridge and gonna try to work it any way she can. I just wish for once that Taylor stop blaming the Brooke and see that Ridge is with Brooke because he prefers Brooke over her and move on. Taylor sets such a poor example to her daughter and no wonder Steffy bashing Jackie all the time for no reason because she want Owen and it's easier to bash the other woman over stupid BS then to admit the fact that the man just prefers to be with who he is with over them. Steffy only copying what she sees and hear from her mother.

Here's the risk for Taylor just trying to be 'friends' with Ridge: the minute a rift happens between he and Brooke, he starts to play Taylor's affections like a violin and before you know it, he has made another 'decision for his family' and declares his love for Taylor.

This storyline is SOOOOOOOOoooooooooo TIRED and PREDICTABLE!

I guess the more Ridge sees Brooke supporting Katie, he is going to feel neglected, start visiting Taylor more, and she falls for it. BUT I HOPE TO GOD that Taylor has learned from this recent mess with Ridge--he is Brooke's lap dog and he will never love Taylor the way she truly deserves.

If I were Taylor, I would tell him to get back to designing Katie's dress and lose my damn cell phone number!

I wanted to post something about this yesterday why did Taylor go to Ridge's office? However, I restrained myself wasn't easy! Now if this would have been Ridge or Brooke having gone to Taylor's office all h-ll would have broken loose. That is all I am going to say on this matter as my grin gets bigger and bigger......

Okay, this is not about Taylor, Ridge or Brooke and their history. This is about the writers using a good actress as a filler just to give her air time. Wrong! We should see her talking to her kids about the happenings at her home or office not in Ridge's office. Dag, this is dumb.
I'm not trying to raise the situation of how some viewers see Taylor. This is about poor character use. I felt the same way when Brooke walked in on Nick and Bridgette a month or so ago. It was dumb and just away to add air time for that specific character.
I don't see the writers trying to create a romantic atmosphere between Ridge and Taylor (Thank Goodness) but I see them keeping her as his support network which just shouldn't be the case.
Ex or not she has no business supporting him after he dismissed her and got back with his ex, while she (Taylor) was still wearing his ring with expectations. Taylor, should still be smarting over that episode and not a part of his support network. She doesn't have to wish him ill, just not be there front and center. Tasteless and undeserving of the character. I had hoped that the writers would re-build her character with no involvement with Ridge (one can only hope).
As far as some of the posts about Taylor chasing Ridge, it has happened with Brooke on more than one occasion in the past. It's old news which to keep bringing up brings out the worst blood in us posters.

WTH?? If you wanted/expected the writer's to respond to your thread than maybe you should have e-mailed them personally. What's wrong with posters commenting on why they feel Taylor is in Ridge's office? for the same reason they always have them going back and forth!!! recycling old worn out s/l that's why.

I can understand Taylor being there to support her children, just as long as she understands that Brooke and Ridge are a couple and if Ridge is having a problem his wife should be the one to help him. Brooke is being supportive and trying to get him to understand that a deal had to be made and he should give it a try. If it had been me I would have given him a swift kick to the butt and told him get over it, but that's just me.
