For days I have been watching Brooke try to manipulate her sister with all of this "we are a family" hogwash! It is time for her to just let go. All of her wispering and guilt ridden begging is just stupid! Katie is smart enough to know what to do with the company and Bill is going to be her family. Today she gave the absolute right answer. Katie, above all of the Logan trash is at least honest! She isn't going to go behind Bill's back or manipulate the situation to please the likes of a has been like Eric or a drown like Brooke! This is her big opportunity. Her sisters may have been trash enough to ruin theirs, but Katie is better than that. I get so disgusted with Brooke's manipulative, secretive little wispers about Katie letting Ridge run the company while she plays the little family puppet! The dumb front person for the family! How on earth does Brooke think that her sister would do this? Why do this to her family? That is my question to Brooke! To try to manipulate HER sister, to treat her like she is stupid and to try and guilt her into something that is just wrong and will cause even more trouble and will eventually get her and Ridge and Eric and Donna all turned out on their sorry ears to the streets! Brooke is the wacko dumball of all time trying to play this game. I can't imagine how Katie could fall for something so disrespectful of her! Bill is no saint, but I would throw in with him long before I would even listen to Brooke and all of her insults! I want to see Katie and Bill make this work. They are a dynamic and fabulous couple on this show. Brooke is a has been and she is really looking more and more pathetic by the day. And so is Ridge and old geezer. Let them take their trophy for all of their trouble and go somewhere else!

While ICAM to what you wrote, I still say that Bill and Katie should be careful, NOT to offend the Forrester primadonnas! FC without the Forresters JUST DOESN'T WORK. Nick proved that. Bill would just have a Pyrrhic victory if he fires the Forrester whiners. He invested big bucks to get FC and even if he sells it piece by piece he isn't going to make any profit. Not to mention, that he might lose Katie if he does so. BOTH sides have LOTS and LOTS to lose, if they don't cooperate. Eric has no more financial backup to start all over again, like he did when he lost FC to Nick. AND his health isn't so good any more either. Now Ridge and Brooke might still have enough fire left to start again, but with Bill and his big publishing empire to trash them over and over again - both in print and on the web - it would be a constant struggle uphill.

Eric has no business sense, if he did they wouldn't be where they are today. When he married Donna, it went downhill. Stephanie warned him, he didn't care about anything but his penis. Having sex at work, honey and all.
Almost the same thing with Brooke and Ridge, they are always cooing and pawing all over each other at work. No wonder Forrester is drowing in debt. There is no one desigining anymore.
They should separate work and sex. That is actually sexual harrassment to all other employees. I would sue them.

I agree that they should all work together, but I am just fed up with Brooke trying to manipulate and disrespect her sister, Katie. They treat Katie like she is nothing and they are everything! To insult her by practically telling her that she is stupid and isn't capable is just wrong! If they really love their sister they would make the effort and try not to use her like a pawn in thier own sick game. The problem with Brooke and Dumma is that they slept their way there and now they don't have much to show for it. It is precisely because of their own stupidity over the years that Forrester is in ruins. They are lucky that somebody had the good sense to bail them all out. You would think that they would be grateful! They are all in denial about how thier trashy lives have ruined their good reputation and after all of those years of bad press and incest and adultry it has finally caught up with them all. I say that they should be the ones getting on the bandwagon with Bill Spenser and be very glad that he came along before they had to face total ruin!

The company went down hill when they had to sell the company to keep Stephanie out of jail and then they had to take out big loans to get it back. Brooke threw in her money with the Forresters. Eric came up with the retail stores and after a romp in the hay, Stephanie agreed and they convinced Brooke and Ridge to go into business. This was a big venture that involved a lot of money. Then Stephanie also had the Logan Chronicles which contributed to the downfall. Brooke had big contributions to the company, BeLief, the men's line, and Brooke's bedroom. The company thrived under her, then they took it away. She has always loved the company and has been fighter for it. She will do battle with Bill and even her own sister to save it for the Forresters.

The ONLY reason they had to sell the Company to Nick was because Jackie AND Donna LIED about Stephanie pushing Jackie over the railing...something we all know she didn't do. So put the blame for that situation squarely where it belongs. Donna was too busy looking for a reason to nail Stephanie and instead of simply stating that she really had no idea what happened she chose to lay blame at Stephanie's feet. Had Jackie not gone to Stephanies home in the first place and confronted her, she wouldn't have been there to fall over the railing. Eric and the rest of them chose to do what they always do when it comes to Stpehanie...throw her under the bus, and believe the worst of her. Had it been Brooke, Donna, Rick, Ridge...."anyone else", the excuses would have come out of the woodwork and they would have stood firmly behind them and believed what they were told by them...whether it was true or not. They, like alot of the posters here, always resort to blaming Stephanie.

They all had a hand in screwing up FC. Stephanie did them no favor with the Logan Chronicles, but she also prevented Bill from getting his hands on FC earlier with the illegal alien situation. Whether she inadvertently gave him the information or not, she cleaned up the mess that happened. Something none of the rest of them could seem to do.

Rick gave all their designs to Jackie M, but "somehow" still maintained his Presidents status???? Donna had zero experience to be CEO and the fashion world had zero respect for her. They saw her as what she was...Eric's latest little trophy wife. Eric deserves the bulk of the blame in many more way than Stephanie. He is not a good businessman; and never was. And I agree that Brooke is too busy trying to manipulate her sister. She certainly didn't take her son to task as harshly for one of the things that probably hosed the Company in more ways than anything else that happened. She has no respect for her sister and wants her to simply be their little puppet...I say its great to see Katie stand up for herself!

You are right there are many people involved in losing Forrester. Why blame just the Logans, there is blame enough for everyone. Remember Thorne also stole Forrester designs, took his inheritance and went to work for Sally along with Felicia. Lost it all and came back to Forrester. The Logan Chronicles was the final nail in the coffin. It created a lot of turmoil. Brooke doesn't trust Bill with good reasons, his father was rotten to the core. Now that Katie has shown her true color the battle lines are drawn.
