What kind of thing is that to say to your sister? No one is going to love you forever, so we will be with you. Not men.
Coming from two married sisters, who I am pretty sure believe that their men love them, and are not going anywhere.
Only they are worthy of lasting love? Not Katie?
If they were trying to convince her that they love her, that is not the words to say. Basically telling her, you aren't worthy of the love we found, but we will be here to comfort you when the men come and go in your life.

I believe they think Bill is using Katie, which he may be. They care about Katie. BUT, if they care they should let her make her own decisions, mistakes and all, as they have done. Brooke is doing the same thing Stephanie does, acting holier than thou, and overprotective, because she has her own agenda, and thats saving Forrester for herself and Donna and the two dimwits, Ridge and Eric. So what if Bill gets Forrester. Eric and Ridge need to know the world does not revolve around just them. Stephanie lost what she had put into Forrester, and had to start over. Whats wrong if Eric has to do the same?

I always felt he was using her, Mainly because he came went after Donna first and the video of his father final wishes. I believe he will be very controlling , because he found his way to her mind. One a man get in your head it sometimes take alot to see everything for what it is.

IMO Donna should have told her what happened when she first started toying with Bill. It may have meant more to her than a last ditch effort to stop her. I just don't think telling her that men are not going to stay with her was the way to go.

Yes! while that part was totally corny...I think that both Brooke and Donna genuinely cares for Katie and dont want to see her get hurt by the big bad wolf!!!

And I really cant decide if Bill is using her or whether he truly loves her!!! And I too think, this has definitely more to do with than him avenging Stephanie for Bill Sr. I am sure there is something else behind his wanting FC so bad!!!

And yes! Katie should be allowed to make her own mistakes fair and square!!!

Let's face it! Both Donna and Brooke have experience where men are concerned! They can spot a keeper and a loser from a mile away! What they do with those keepers and losers, is where they tend to stray. Katie has no experience with men, and will fall for the first guy who gives her the time and the line of bull! She's letting Bill ride roughshod over her family and in turn she's letting him walk all over her!

The point is Brooke and Donna have made their own decisions, experienced or not. I am 50/50 on this one.

Well, maybe the answer to whether Bill is using Katie or caring for her is "BOTH". Why shouldn't he have deep feelings for her, but part of his love for her is, that she doesn't try to change him any more. She fought him, while he was trying to get FC with ugly means (fashion challenge, blackmailing Eric with the illegal employees). But now, that he's using legal buisiness means (buying up the credig and so on) she sees the advantages and tries to pacify both sides.
Furthermore I agree with what you said about Eric losing FC to Bill. Inhowfar is it different than him losing FC to Brooke all those years ago. It was hard for him, but he and "his" firm survived. SO WHAT if Bill will be the owner and Katie CEO? Katie won't try to cut costs and tell him to use cheaper material. Quite the contrary. With Bill as the owner, FC would no longer have to struggle with finances and juggle the costs.
