I do not understand how Bill knew the terms of FC loan contract with the bank. How unethical was that banker to be sharing personal information with another company head? I think this bank should be held liable for the huge breach in company privacy policies. No one should have known when a payment was due and if it was 30 minutes late. No one should be able to buy a company within a 30 minute time frame. This S/L is ridiculous! |

As I posted in another thread, this is part of the "Hostile Takeover" process! Bill doesn't have the company lock, stock and barrel, right now! The lawyers are working things out and the buyout has to be approved in court! Bill just assumes he has the company lock, stock and barrel. Eric and Ridge are not businessmen, and the company should have someone in charge who can set it up to prevent a hostile takeover, should the problem ever arise, again! |
