I know a lot of viewers don't understand the Marcus adoption - but I think he is going to be a ram in the bush - let's not forget - his Father (REAL) and Bill are best buddies...he may the the CCEEOO instead of Miss Katie before its over. |

Or to create new hostility for Marcus and Justin. I think Justin will be on the receiving end of a bratty Marcus having a BF. He will be more loyal to his new daddy than his real daddy, without ever giving him the chance to establish a relationship, that Donna took away from him. |

Marcus wanted to be adopted by Eric so he can feel part of the same family as his mother. And that's it. |

That does not mean that later down the road the writers won't decide to twist him up and make him fight for power,somewhat like Thorn and Ridge did. |

I totally agree. I think that adoption took place only to be put on the backburner to be brought out at a later time and place that will cause ultimate drama. However, I don't believe that it will be Marcus causing the drama. It is going to be another Forrester. |

He said they were good people. I think he is impressed with the Forrester money. I would be more impressed if he would should some appreciation to the folks who raised him. It takes more than fertilization to be a parent. Shame on Marcus and shame on the writers. Don't like this storyline at all. Griddle, I agree with part of what you said. But if you remember when Marcus, Donna and Eric were talking about his adoptive family, he said that they were good people, but there was no affection of love if I remember the conversation correctly. As far as Marcus goes, I don't know what direction the writers are going with him. So far, he seems like a stand up guy. Will they keep him on that path? I think that remains to be seen. |
