Yes, I believe he cares for her but his hunger for business is his major love. Do not forget this is a man that has been after Donna for quite some time. He even had a document drawn up that if Donna would leave Eric for him he would let go of Forrester.
Donna rejected Bill over and over and never trusted him. He tried to plant insecurities telling Donna she would never be as important to Eric as Stephanie was. Remember the scene when he tried to take Forrester's last time?
Now all the sudden he did a 180 and is all into Katie? He is playing on Katie's insecurities and Katie has tons of them! Also, about a week ago he mentioned to Justin he could not believe Donna is with that old man Eric. Why would he care if he is into Katie so much? Bill has an agenda and Katie will be hurt. However, this SL will create tons of drama and I am looking forward to it. Even though, we have been there Forrester takeover by Nick Marone.

Yes, Bill is handsome and I agree Katie is a pawn in his plan. Yes, he cares for her but his business w/Forrester is his true love. However, I read rumors about Brooke I copied and pasted this info below:

So far as more to Bill than meets the eye, I wonder if we'll get to see the rest of it? Sorry, I could not resist. I think he is a great addition to B & B as a drop-dead handsome, charming rascal with brains. I don't have an idea what his hidden agenda might be, but I am enjoying watching to find out. I also am liking Katie, not only her appearance but she seems to be stronger and more confident than previously written.

I like Katie now better than before and love Bill he is a great addition to the show. I want to kick his behind but still loving his dark side. However,Katie will be hurt in the end.
