He knows that Marcus JUST found out who his father is. And in the same moment, he has him make that choice. All wrong!!
Those papers could have been signed at a later date. He should have given him some time to get to know his father. It was Donna's fault, not Justin's. Eric is such an idiot.
He is in that much of a hurry to adopt a grown person who already has adopted parent's, plus just found out who his real father is???? What is the hurry Eric?? Afraid you will lose Donna to her real true love???
Marcus is also a little insensitive. Eric is the only man who gave him a father? What a slap to a man that Marcus has already said was a good man, who adopted him when his mother didn't want him. He has only known Eric for a quick minute, barely longer than he has known his real dad. His real dad should have the chance, he has no other children.
Marcus is making a huge mistake, and so is Eric.

The hugest mistake first his adoptive parents gosh if I were them I would be crying and feel so slapped in face. Then he just meet his dad which seems to have a crapload in commen with him. And as you can see is very much the happyiest guy on earth to have found out he has a son. I feel same way you do this could have been put on hold. Erik should talk to marcuses parents and ask for permission I know marcus said it was ok with them but do we know that to be true? And he should talk with marcuses father and ask him if he wants to be in marcuses life and if he does mabey back off and let them bond alil.

plus the fact that he doesnt have to be adopted to get the forrester name. for a sec I was like ok mabey this is ok but idk. like really hes an adult. and now has 3 fathers.

Well I guess Marcus is going to have to learn the hard way... You know that old saying hard head makes a soft behind, so since he is an adult lets say this hard head makes a terrible life ahead.

I think it would be great if Marcus and Bill teamed up to take over Forrester. I hope Bill is Erics long lost son. Ridge and Brooke and Eric all need to be brought down a peg or two. But as ususl, these 3 characters will probably remain the self absorbed always right, never lose chadacters they have always been.

Its just a stupid storyline, marcus is a grown man, and has no need in the world for eric to adopt him, there has been silly storylines over the years, but this one takes the cake.
