LOVE AND POWER

Bill tells Katie the words she wants to hear. But is it really love, or is it part of his power play to tighten the noose around Forrester Creations throat? And how will his right hand man Justin learning about Marcus impact the takeover bid?


Marcus digests the news of his paternity.
Katie finds a presentation in Bill's office that shows he still wants to acquire Forrester.
Brooke and Ridge scoff at Katie as she reveals Bill's plan.
Bill must contend with Katie.
After Katie makes her discovery, Bill draws her into his plans for Forrester Creations and shares with her what he sees as her role in it.
Bill tries to convince Katie that Forrester needs someone like him who can manage the company properly where the Forresters have failed.
Katie is disappointed in Bill, but he tells her that Forrester won't survive unless he can succeed with his plans.
Faced with an ultimatum from Katie, Bill says the only words that will get her on board with his attempt at a hostile takeover - and one of them is the big "L" word.
Bill tells Katie that he wants to put her in charge of Forrester once he acquires it, because she is every bit as qualified as her sisters.
Despite learning that Justin is his biological father, Marcus opts to still proceed with the adoption and officially becomes a Forrester.
Justin decides to stay in Los Angeles.
Eric makes an announcement to his family.
Ridge becomes concerned about the company after calling their longtime banker, Michael.
Justin and Bill share their Forrester-connected complications.
Eric gives Ridge the news he's been longing to hear.

COMING UP: Katie stands by her man in the midst of a hostile takeover and takes a stand against her sisters. Brooke and Donna try to persuade Katie not to side with Bill, but Katie insists his intentions are good. After questioning Bill, Katie searches her soul and makes a life-altering decision. Eric takes drastic measures and makes a sacrifice to save his company and erase their debt. Ridge believes that Katie betrayed the company and fires her. Katie finds information from Bill's past, leading her to recall her sisters' warnings. Eric and Bill play a figurative game of Monopoly. Katie questions Bill's true motives. Brooke becomes furious when she finds out what Bill bought. Brooke and Katie hash out their past and present relationships. Brooke takes action to save Forrester.

HIDING

Only Steffy and Pam know about Stephanie's health issues. But will keeping the secret make things worse for La Forrester. Meanwhile, Jackie gets insecure when she learns that her husband is bonding with Steffy.


Pam tries to help keep Stephanie's condition a secret.
Stephanie has an outburst that offends the staff of Jackie M.
Stephanie's attempt to hide her illness alienates her colleagues.
Jackie listens to Owen and Steffy's conversation and hears Owen defend their marriage.
Jackie becomes aware that Steffy and Owen share a connection that could mean stiff competition for her.
Steffy is confronted by Jackie.
Jackie warns Steffy to stay away from Owen - or else.

COMING UP: Stephanie refuses to acknowledge the truth about her medical condition. Stephanie feels betrayed when Steffy reveals her secret to Taylor. Jackie confides in Whip. Steffy reveals Jackie's warning to Owen. Steffy playfully kidnaps Owen and heads out to sea on the Shady Marlin. Owen panics when Steffy has an accident on the Shady Marlin that endangers her life.

Oh Lord. They turning Steffy into another Taylor.

Bill, with as much money he has, probably dug up everything he could find about Katie's relationship with her sisters and probably knows Katie was the insecure one with acne, and the one in the background. This information probably led him to believe she was easy prey compared to Donna. He sure did have a certain look on his face when he found who she was when he went through her wallet. I think he intended to use her, but did he realy fall in love depite his ulterior motives? If so, what does he want more? Katie or FC.

katie and Brooke hash and call each other out on their past relationships, hmm this will be so embarassing for Brooke I wouldnt want to go that route if I was her. Lord knows. funny thing I just mentioned recently how steffy was becoming a caring decent person since the whole triangle with Ridge and Taylor. So yes she becoming more like her mother very caring and loyal to her family.
