I have been reading some of the posts in other threads and it seems that Taylor having caved to Rick, even though Rick started pursuing Taylor first, makes her somehow responsible for Phoebes death. Granted, Taylor should have told Rick to take a flying leap off a cliff. But Brooke should have told Deacon to do likewise. And even though Bridgette may have injected herself into Brooke and Nicks relationship, she had no good role model coming from her mother to begin with, especially after the whole Deacon fiasco. As for Stephanie, she has also dished out plenty, but also taken plenty. She may have inadvertantly sent the guy to Brookes house the night Brooke got raped, but unless proven otherwise, I do not think she wanted the guy to rape Brooke. And for this Stephanie WAS punished. She was shot by Storm Logan. Everybody on this soap is self-absorbed, including Brooke.

I agree with you, none of these characters including the men have lived a stellar life. Somewhere along the line they have made major mistakes that have caused grief. I think they all get panned pretty good. It is just easier if you are a fan to forgive your favorite character.

As long as I see Taylor and Stephanie bashing still happening, which I do see that in some posts I read, I will happily remind everyone that Brooke has also been there, done that, and more. lol

LOL I do get carried away sometimes, its just frustrating to see Taylor bashed so much when Brooke has done the same things as Taylor but its like that is ok for Brooke. ugh. lol

You wont have a worry having Brooke over? I am happy that you trust your husband but Im telling you that doesnt mean Brooke wont go after him...hehe lol

Touched you are right. I came on the board around the time that Taylors character AND Hunter Tylo was taking some very serious bashing. I could not understand why this was happening when both Taylor and Brooke have basically been in a tie for their shenanigans. I like Taylor when her character is allowed to be the smart, professional sane woman that she is. Ditto for Brooke. I think both Taylor and Brooke get a little crazy when it comes to Ridge. I definitely do not like how he has handled both women throughout the years.

I beg to dif with the title of the thread. Brooke has been called out plenty, but if you are not a fan of hers you tend forget that. Stephanie calls her many bad names referring to her promiscuity routinely - that I am not allowed to mention here!! Taylor makes her fair share of digs too. Even Nick got pretty rough with her once calling her out. Kinda strange that all of her exes still admire her.

Stephanie's exes admire her too, as do Taylor's.
Brooke's exes are all related, they have to admire that she can balance that. It is a talent.

Carolinagals Taylors exes are all not related. So tell that lie if it helps you sleep at night. you must have just started watching like a couple months ago cuz you are way off base and nobody has as many exes and incestrous endeavors than Brooke.
