I did read somewhere that the writers are considering making Hope Throne's child so that they can soften up Brooke's image abit. So I guess that rather than her having her daughter's husband's child, it would be much more respectable to have another Forrester child, just to keep it all in the family. Sounds like they are trying to dress Brooke up in a nice neat package with a pretty bow on top. It is like trying to put lipstick on a pig! |

Anyway, I cannot see how Hope can be Thorne's child since too much time passed between Thorne and Brooke split and her sleeping w/Deacon. Anyway, they do not need to make Brooke look better we Brookies have and will always adore her and all her faults. |

I don't think that rewriting her history is going to change what we all know about her. I think that it is foolish to try and repaint the picture at this late date. She has been on this show for too many years chasing her worn out destiny to change it now. I definately think that making Hope, Thorne's daughter is a bit out there, considering we all know the hot affair that Brooke was having with Deacon. I would much rather see a storyline with Deacon coming back to reclaim his daughter and Brooke getting all steamy with him again. That is who Brooke is and it would be much more true to her character. |
