Candace, I hate to bother you, but I know you keep up on the cast list and do a wonderful job. Thanks for all you do.
For the last two days, it is like the B&B has been giving Stephanie a farewell Storyline. :-( The show has centered on her past with the show.
Have you by chance heard anything? I know the writers may want to keep it quiet because of the writing traffic they may get if she is leaving, but, if we just knew something was coming up, it would be great.

Candace will confirm that there is always a perpetual rumor that Susan Flannery will retire. She indicated that in an Australian interview about two years ago. She didn't say when, and she still hasn't!

It was Brad Bell who stated that he will quit writing for the show should it win a Daytime Emmy this time around! The show did, but I haven't heard that he is quitting! I don't think he is quitting, I don't think he expected to win! An All My Children Scene with a CG tornado was expected to give the soap the win!

Oh, by the way, Candace has her hands full with the Y&R board. Matt and Lori usually moderate this board along with Kathryn from time to time.

When SF went off screen in 2007 for a week, rumors swirled that she was greatly sick and would probably retire! She has since been directing episodes of other soaps to include B&B!

Her disease does cause her a lot of pain. It's why you see her constantly in more confortable and loose fitting clothes!

The difference this time was the farewell appearance of the Story lines. They did not show this type of s/l when she had her leave before. I never got the impression before like this time.
