COMING UP: Bill draws Katie into his plans for Forrester Creations and shares with her what he sees as her role in it. Faced with an ultimatum from Katie, Bill says the only words that will get her on board with his attempt at a hostile takeover. Despite learning that Justin is his biological father, Marcus opts to still proceed with the adoption and officially becomes a Forrester. Justin and Bill share their complications. Bill puts his plan into action. Katie has devastating news for her sisters. Brooke and Donna caution Katie that she's being used. Brooke and Donna get ready to tell the truth to their husbands. Katie confronts Bill. Katie and Bill deliver shocking news to her family.

HEALTH HAZARD
After having a bout of dizziness and confusion in Eric's office, Stephanie has a recurrence at Jackie M that leads to something worse. But she begs Steffy to keep quiet about what's happened.
Nick, Bridget, Owen, Jackie and Pam throw a surprise party for Stephanie to celebrate her success.
Following the celebration, Stephanie has another frightening episode.
Stephanie manages to deflect any concern from the Jackie M gang.
Brooke and Ridge exchange information about their families.
