There is a thread on the Y&R Message Board titled Changes to Moderating and there is a lengthy discusstion on the new guidelines for posting.

For the people who had questions about what is allowed vs. what is not allowed, or questions about certain definitions a lot of your questions are answered there by the moderators. There are some very interesting information and comments.
