I'm sitting back at home watching old B&B video clips on Youtube.com and I was watching her clips with Brooke. I'm telling you, what she does to Brooke is very disturbing and appauling. First, she follows Brooke up to Big Bear, and start snapping out and attacking her and calling her everything but a child of God. Then she has the nerve and go over to Brooke's house and gives her a hand gun and then proceeds to tell Brooke to shoot herself in the head with that very gun. And lastly, she siccs that pervert Andy, on her which in turn, Brooke is savagely raped in her own home. How can anyone with a warm loving heart can honestly be fans of such a character as Eric's ex-wife is beyond me. To me she is the female version of Citizen Cane, and it is very cruel and pathetic that a daytime television drama would even promote such a character like that in the first place. Eric's ex-wife makes both GH's Helena Cassidine, and Day's Stefano DiMera look like a saint. This woman is very much downright evil. It as a wonder that anyone with a heart and with good common sense can ever love or like a character like that. I know for a fact, that I absolutely hate her, and in my eye sight there is absolutely nothing the writers or the producers can do to redeem her or to get me to like her period. And to be perfectly honest, there isn't that Dr. Phil could do to fix a character like this one. I mean this character is truly possessed by Satan himself. And I absolutely cannot believe that her children and some of her grandchildren actually love her. Whether she gave birth to me or not, if I had a mother/grandmother like that, I would completely disown her, and I will also severe all ties with her as well. I guess that is why she is getting some of her well deserved comeuppence now, with these mini strokes that she is having. Karma, is a mother isn't it? Maybe if she wasn't so damn evil, maybe bad things won't be happening to her uh? Well it is all on her and no one else.

absolutely everything she has coming to her. If you ask me, her father didn't whoop her butt enough. If he had whooped some more, maybe she wouldn't be as evil as she is today. So there you go.

Peaceful or not what did she do to deserve this terminal illness?

Bonny girl I agree, thats what I want to know, nobody deserves to be ill no matter what good or bad things they did , this is an insult to the character, it just like saying since Brooke likes to have sex with mens let her catch an STD's (AIDS) and die off the show, then the question will be what did she do to deserve this punshment?

You know you love Steffers! The mini-stroke is not her first aliment on the show. She once suffered psychosis and a mental breakdown. She lived on the streets and ate from garbage cans and even lived in a box. She was rescue and rescued a character by the name of Ruth Ann. She was awesome and weak and afraid. It was a work of art how they wrote that storyline. You couldn't help but to feel sympathy.

Steffers is only bad when she's provoked... sort of like a snake. Stay away from it and it will move away from you but don't heed that advice and the snake will surely pursue you and bite. Law of nature. If people would stop provoking Steffers she wouldn't pursue and attack them.

She protects herself the only way she knows how. But she always gave each victim fair warning and a nicely worded back off. However nice and pleasant never worked with Beth, Margo, Brooke, Lauren, Shelia, Jackie, Donna, and those to come and those we don't even know about from the past.

You are right about her being worse than the other villains on the telly. But she is the most thoughtful. She encourages her victims to think about their crimes and rather than point a gun at them she gives them the gun to do the deed. I think that is pretty fantastic especially when the other person also is not sane.

This is a soap that we are watching and the talent of the writers is to manipulate our emotions for each character. Hate and love, sympathy and despair. They've done a good job thus far as you find no redeemable qualities in Steffers but you will...eventually...

Ha!ha!ha! Never ceases to amaze. Whew! That's all I have to say.

It would be interesting though if someone can point me to the url's that prove the above s/l's. Then, maybe then, I will be a believer. Ha!ha!ha! Whew! Fantasy Land - if only it was real.
