What gives? Eric says he wants to adopt him and he is acting like a 12 year old who has been in the system all his life!! He has two parents that raised him and his skanky mom. Now all of a sudden, 'I have a dad!!' Come on!! I can't be the only one saying 'what the hell!?!?!'

Marcus seems to have forgotten he already has an adoptive family since the old rich guy offered to bring him into the fold, maybe money can buy you love after all

I thought if you were already adopted, you couldn't legally be adopted again, unless your adoptive parents died. This story makes no sense to me.

I suspect this adoption will never be finalized anyway, since Donna & Justin will reunite and Eric will end up reconciling with Stephanie.
