Its after 18 in california I dont think there is a such thing as adoption. and their really is no point in it. Once that person becomes an adult the Assumption is that they live on there own, ie become a adult, ie reason for adoption being viod. |

Plus being an adopted child myself its a huge insult to the parents who already adopted him. ie hes already adopted. |

Anyway, I do agree with both Star and you... Marcus is already of legal age and adopting him as an adult just doesn't make sense. This news will definitely tick off the Forrester kids, unless they decide to be civil about it and let it go since they get along with Marcus... it's his mom they have a problem with. |

This is really kind of funny. Marcus is alittle bit old for adoption. The Forrester kids always go off the deep end about everything. Whos idea was it to adopt? |

Yes, Marcus is too old to adopt. But he could always now change his last name legally to Forrester. No adoption needed and he still can be considered Eric's son and be written into his will. The other kids can just stew in this and pout like they always do! |

I was thinking the same thing. Only thing I can figure is that Eric wants to include Marcus in his will. Nice thought - don't know how Thorne, Felicia, Rick and Ridge will take it though. |

Why would Marcus even agree to this??? For his piece of the pie. His mom is not going to stay married to Eric, so he better grab it while it's hot. Or maybe since he is at adoptable age, he can just get a spanking like he deserves. |
