Does Owen really love Jackie?

Does Owen really love Jackie?

Why is it so hard for Owen to understand that what Jackie did was years and years ago. She was very young and had nobody to help her. I don't say she was right but Owen is making to much of all this.
What do ya'll think?

But... you have to understand that Owen thought highly of Jackie and placed her on a pedestal, so he has to be shocked to hear all of this.

I believe that once he gets over the initial shock, he should realize that it is his own fault that he did not take the time to know her before marrying her, unless he didn't care. Anyways he doesn't really have an argument.

You're right. I just feel sorry for Jackie because of all this. I wish she could find someone closer to her age and be happy. She seems to go for the young men.

I agree. I also feel sorry for Jackie but I think Owen really does love her. But he has put her on a pedestal and the fall is hitting him very hard. Give him time and he'll either be able to get past it or he will have a big decision to make - one that could really hurt Jackie.

I agree with you 100%. What is way back in her past, has nothing to do with Owen or the person that she is now. It just proves that she was a good mother - looking out for little Nick. It is not like she was an out and out prostitute . . . it is no worse than the way people live with each other nowadays. Women and men both get financial help by living with each other at one time or another. He needs to get over it.

No, it would not matter if he did.
In fact I find both Owen and Jackie very boring.
This is when I fast forward my TV. I do not like May -
December romances. He should be with someone his own
age. She should be with someone her own age. This is
not entertainment. The Logan's are the only thing I like
on the B&B.

I think he does love her. But I don't like this serious couple, I liked the fun loving sexy hot couple.
They look doomed already. I think this is the beginning of the end.

I absolutely agree! He's being a jerk about her past! He knew he was marrying an older woman, what did he think? If he wanted a 55 year old woman with no past, he should have called me!

I wanted Jackie with Eric. Stephanie with Massimo. Donna with Marcus' dad, Nick with Brooke, Hector with Taylor, Bridgette with Owen, Marcus with Steffy, Rick back with Amber and Ridge to check into a monastery. But who for Thorne?

Thorne was better with Taylor. Hector was awful. They screwed him up with the blindness story. I would rather see Jackie/Massimo
Stephanie/Eric (even though I can't stand the old goat)
Donna'Justin
Brooke/Ridge (they deserve each other)
Steffy/Owen
Thorne/Taylor
Rick/no one (amber is taken)
Nick/Bridget
