GMAB! How much does your spouse need to know about you? Do you have to make a full confession before you go to the altar and hope that your future bride, or husband will still love you after that self-flaggellation?
Jacky was a call-girl because she had to feed herself and her son, after that worthless excuse of a husband just took off. She didn't do it, because she liked it or because she needed a kick (despite what she said at the fashion-challenge ). If Owen is not a complete $hit, he will understand and not point fingers, because HE isn't so snow-lily-white either. Donna, kisskissbangbang, Eric in coma or dying.... Do I need to say more?

I don't think that Jackie has anything to be ashamed of. At the time she did what she had to do to support her young son. She has since re-evaluated her life and re-invented herself. Now that her "secret" is out, she needs to just tell it to Owen so that Whip doesn't keep dangling it over her head.

Anyways, had Owen cared about a discovery period, he had the opportunity to discover all he wanted to about Jackie. Her past ceased being a "secret" when Stephanie broadcasted it to the world and besides that everyone have a past, including Owen and his have yet to be discovered.

Jackie will probably always be embarrassed about her past, but this has been hashed out and in a very public way! Too bad if Owen was not paying attention at the time!
