The Bold and the Beautiful - MESSAGE BOARDS

I am new to the B&B board, usually post on Y&R but have started watching B&B. I have noticed such a similarity between the two soaps.

Do you all have a Non-Bash thread for Taylor and/or Brooke? I would like to say a few things but don't want to get in trouble.

Just what is a no bash thread? I think that I might have seen it written somewhere. I am so new to all of this, there is a lot that I do not know.This is the first thread that I have even been on where someone was banned...I just want to make sure that I don't do something that is not suppose to be done. Usually I just read, cannot get into trouble doing that..or at least I hope not. Sometimes it seems to follow me!!

shorty - a non-bash thread is where you discuss the character without bashing him or her. I have not noticed any on this board but there are several of them on Y&R's board on this site. If you want to, you can check out some of them, they are actually fun. All positive things about your favourite characters.

The only way you can be banned from any of the boards on this site, is if you disobey the rules set forth by the administration. One of them is personal bashing - it is not allowed, whether it is against the actor or the people posting.

You are doing great though - I have noticed that most of the time you pretty much keep it neutral and that is good. Your posts usually have a sense of balance, so it is unlikely you will get in trouble. Just stay away from the personal stuff and you will be ok.

ridge gave mixed signal to both women. regardless of what eiether fnabases chose to believe. he slept with taylor, stayed in her house, gave her ring and would have married her had brooke not interuppted his wedding. cause he is an overgrown whiny brat that couldn't get his way .

as far as stephanie. here's the bottom line. how is stephanie supposed to respect brooke and bridge if ridge doesn't. when the logan chronicles hit, did ridge jump to defend his wife or her tacky family? or did he want brooke to shut her piehole and let stephanie get away with it. what kind of MAN does that to his supposed to true love.


brooke and taylor let him do it, but ridge was no innocent bystander manipulated by taylor or stephanie. those two stroked his over inflated ego when brooke decided to to take a break from it. now that brooke is back to worshipping his lordship..what a shock! he dumps taylor....

that is a pretty neat idea, I probably should reside in a non bash thread!!! I did go back and read all the post on this thread and I can see why the banning took place on here. I sometimes know what I want to say but it might not come out like it should, but really after reading my post on this, I just do not see it, but I will stay neutral as you say and maybe I will not cause trouble. I so love these boards, actually just found them a few months ago. Even if all I ever did was read that is so much fun for me, people like you, vicc, Ginger and many others make it fun and that is the point of it right? Thanks for taking the time to explain things to me, I am a fast learner so maybe soon I will just be a whiz at this!! Thanks, again

Ridge was already married to Brooke, so the fact that he slept with Taylor, stayed in her house, gave her a ring and married the horse instead of her is exactly what she deserves.

Taylor brought that upon herself because she knew that he was already married to Brooke when she took him in, slept with him and proposed marriage to him. That is the result of being desperate for a man's love. Again, evidence of her not exercising good judgement and common sense.

The fact is Taylor took Stephanie's word that Bridge's marriage was not legal and Stephanie got that info from wacky Pam, who always put her own spin on things. The court simply asked for ss #'s and Pam interpreted that to mean the marriage was not legal.

It is common knowledge amongst these three that Ridge is a playboy. Any effort or attempt on the part of these women to want Ridge in their lives is done so with the expectation that things can change at any moment.

I think Ridge could take a page from Hugh Hefner's book and set up his own playboy mansion.

I remember when they first handed the papers to the clerk, he remarked that there was already a marriage license on file for them. That's when they started taking out the pictures of all the other times they were married. That was too funny.

Touched is good at getting the transcript of the episodes. Maybe she can refresh our memories of the exact words that were said. All I know is that the court records show that they were already married, it was just a matter of updating the social security numbers.

I don't do a lot of posting, but do enjoy it when I do. When I noticed the trouble with some post on this thread, it just made me want to be careful and pay attention to what I am doing. You are an old hand at this and know all the ins and outs, I am learning or at least I hope so...
