I think it is that she used to be a call girl. I'm not 100% sure though.

Yes, Jackie is a former prostitute and that is how she supported Nick when he was a child. I think one of her clients was Capt. Kramer who showed up in LA. Taylor was seeing Nick as a client and Stephanie walked into one of her taped sessions. You can just imagine what Stephanie did with that bit of information.

It's no longer a secret because Nick found this out a couple years ago.

I don't know if Owen is aware of this. Their relationship developed so quickly that I don't think there was a discovery period and hence the reason why she didn't know an evil twin existed.

Jackie's secret came to light while Nick was running FC. There was a fashion show that Stephanie somehow lured Capt. Kramer to participate in under the pretense that Jackie was the one who invited him. While Kramer was on stage, memories of him and his mother came flooding back to Nick and needless to say, the chaos that ensued was quite embarassing for Jackie because Stephanie broadcast to the world that she was a former prostitute and Kramer was one of her clients.

So, it's easily available information out there if Owen choses to research Jackie's past.

Does anyone besides me think that Whip is the one that put the information about Jackie back on the internet??? Could he do that, if so my money is on him, cause he is not about to give Jackie and Owen a rest, he wants to be with her himself and he is going to do anything he needs to in order for that to happen..............

Stephanie did a very public broadcast of Jackie's past in the full presence of the press. For this reason, I don't think that Whip put the information on the internet because these days, everything seems to be public records.

However, I do believe he is guilty of digging the whole thing up. Why? - his intentions could have been blackmail. If so, his plan backfired because Jackie did the right thing by telling Owen today.

So, once again Jackie's past has come back to haunt her and now that Owen knows, we will have to wait and see what his ultimate decision is now that he has learnt this bit of information.

Interesting indeed. You know everytime I see Steffy with Owen I keep wondering if it is really Owen or his evil twin. I do not think it is a coincidence that she suddenly seems to be relating to Owen.
