I made the comment in a post yesterday that I did not see Brooke making any noble sacrifice. All I saw was her being upset with Ridge for telling her about the night he spent with Taylor... I spoke to soon. I have to give credit where it is due. Brooke finally came to see that as much as she may love Ridge see can not give him the support he needs because she will always love her son Rick and Ridge will always hate him because of what happened to Pheobe. Who is right or wrong in this equation foesn't really matter. The point is that is the way they feel.

rooke finally accepted that Taylor can Give Ridge something she can not. Peae in his life and she stepped aside. I don't know that this will be the end of it. In fact I'm sure it won't but I will give Brooke props for being unselfish this time around.

todays show stunk without a doubt

I don't know that I would say it stunk. In fact seeing Brooke finally come to the realization that Ridge would NEVER be able to accept Rick in his life was great. I have been waiting for her to see that for a long time. I did, after going back and watching it a second time find it a little, shall we say strange to have Brooke go so far as to take both Ridge and Taylor by the hand and put their hands together. She asked Taylor to take care of Ridge for her. IT almost seemed like she was handing over a much beloved pet rather than a man.

Why because she passed Ridge over to Taylor on a silver platter? I just can't take it that these 2 are still passing him back and forth after all these years, enough already. Writers need to spark some imagination. How many times do you beat a dead horse?

The placing of the hands together was over the top I think. I don't see her doing that. Ridge and Taylor both looked like they thought she was nuts!
I am glad she came to the conclusion that Ridge is going to cling to his hate and resentment and how can she live with him like that? Mr Ego has to realize that he wants a mother to choose him over her son. Glad that didn't happen.
Now please Brooke, don't cry on Nick's shoulder. Maybe give Bill Spencer's shoulder a try!

I ranked that right up there with the actions of the whole story line. Stupid and disgusting.
