to have someone else steal your "husband" when you think you are married. You have done it to nearly everyone on this show whether they have children or not, including your own daughter. Suffer! suffer! and have a bit of respect for other peoples relationships and they might have some for yours. Stay single for a while and get to know yourself a little, leave other relationships alone and as a minimum standard next time start off with someone who is at least single |

If Nick and Taylor, sorry, Taylor decided to end that marriage, and I'm thinking there was a Ridge reason she did that! She'd stay married to Ridge, who was in love with Brooke, but not Nick, the man she just had a baby with! If you are talking about Nick and Bridget, sorry again, Bridget broke up her own marriage! If your talking Ridge and Taylor, Ridge was the one who walked away from Taylor assuming he could resume his life with Brooke, which he couldn't, but wasn't going back home! |

I think Brooke knows how to suffer, she learned very early on when her father was transferred to Paris, then when she fell in love with Ridge and lost her 1st baby. She also lost her beloved brother and it is not the 1st time she has lost Ridge. Losing her son would have been much worse.She does have a loving family so she will be okay, in fact the better for it. |

What is up with Brooks. She had an affair with Eric and Deacon plus children with them. I say it's pay back time.. Sorry, no sympathy from me. What goes around comes around in real life and "the Soaps!" |

what exactly did Ridge do, that was so unforgivable Brooke? Let's have a look at YOUR past mistakes: You slept with his father, Thorne, his half-brother Nick whom he HATES with a vengance, hell you even slept with that redneck Deacon when he was STILL married to Bridget not only ONCE but SEVERAL TIMES. Ridge forgave all that because he loves you. Why beats the hell out of me, but there you are. You can't argue with a man in love. |

The minute you try to move on, either with Taylor or anyone else, she will be back again, clinging to you like a hungry tick to a dog and coo softly into your ear:"You are my destiny Ridge. It's FATE that we met and fell in love" And you of course, will very nearly trip over your feet to get back to her asap!!!  It's the level of commitment that they share and if Brooke did not believe in that commitment then she wouldn't have thanked Taylor for not taking advantage of Ridge. If the feeling was not mutual, why is Ridge feeling so guilty to the point where he found it necesary to confess his indiscretion to Brooke ?

Everytime she was with Ridge was when Taylor was presumed dead. Stephanie was just as responisbile for her failed marriage with Eric when Eric left her for Brooke as Brooke and Eric. She never stole Nick from Bridgett either. Deacon I'll give to you, that was majorly messed up, even if it was with good intentions, or so she thought anyway. She's learned over and over again what it is like to have her husband stolen from her ever time Taylor would pop up from the dead. |

I think the point you are missing is that 20 years later they both have learned from thier mistakes. Were have a REAL and HONEST relationship for once. Working through troubles that came thier way for the first time if you ask me. He betrayed that honesty and trust by turning to the one person who has always been a threat to her relationship with Ridge. Drug induced or not, he turned to Taylor who he KNEW wants him back, instead of to Brooke. He has been incapable of realizing that Brooke has no control over her GROWN son any more than he has control of his GROWN daughter. So this one nighter with Taylor was very devistating to her. For the firt time they both were free to be with one another, no other person in thier lives. They for the firt time have/had the opertunity to truly love one another and have the life together they have always dreamed of. But he allowed his insane and over reacting feelings for her son ruin it and turned to the one woman who Brooke dispises more than Stephanie. How would you react? Would you be so forgiving????? She'll forgive him, they'll find thier way back to each other I am sure, in time. Maybe Taylor will pull her head out of her 4th point of contact and realize that Ridge doesn't really love her in that way and he will ALWAYS love Brooke. |
