I agree. Owen is too young for her - young enough to be her son. On the other hand, she is too young (55) to be Nick's (50) mother. These relationships are not believable.
Leslie Ann Downs is beautiful. She and Don Diamont would be a dynamite pair - the sexual chemistry would be amazing! Writers, are you listening?

Jackie's wardrobe has always been all over the place; her gown at Nick's wedding was incredibly boring compared to her hip wardrobe in the office.

I think the more casual look works for her. What isn't working, is the chemistry between Owen and Jackie ...THERE IS NONE

although i think that jackie has a great body for her age i still think that her and owen are gross and forced down our throats. he has an agenda. i wouldnt be surprised if he is working with bill to gain control over all of fashion (atleast in LA) even though i want bridget to be happy i still think its weird that he could be her father. but i guess he seems young considering her father is a grandfather of like 20 somethings. but seriously it just looks wrong all 4 of them. i can't wait for their s/l to be over.

It not just Jackie who is oversexed alot of the characters are in need of rehab for their sex addiction Eric,Donna,Owen,Brooke to name a few.

Being a woman of a certain age myself, I say let her have fun. As long as she protects her assets what the harm? To my thinking, Owen isn't using her, he loves her. May not last forever. Jackie is using Owen just as much. Remember that woman who threatened Owen with job lose if he didn't play? She is getting what she wants.

I like them together! Yeah, they make love and cuddle and kiss and she dresses like she's living! They do one thing together that most couples forget to do! They have fun and they laugh together! And they do that more than they do the other stuff, so, it's refreshing, especially on this show!

I think Jackie and Owen together are a realistic couple in this day and age. People as they age are taking better care of themselves. It is harder for a woman to find a man her age who is single and available for a relationship because they are already married. This is a much publicized fact. I think b and b creating a storyline that shows what is actually happening in the world is an honest portrayal of may/december relationships.
Before it was always men and younger women. Why cant we have a realistic storyline about the reverse? Jackie is vibrant, beautiful, interesting, attractive and offers what Owen's character looks for in a woman. He is drawn to her.
As far as how she dresses..She dresses for her figure and her looks. There are some older women who dress dowdy in pantsuits for everything as they age...who cut their hair short and lose their 'feminine side' ..so bravo to Jackie's character for her vibrance and beauty~ (and for landing Owen! woohoo)

And Jackie looks totally ridiculous in her age inappropriate clothes she is now wearing. She looks so silly wearing boots and mini skirts like she was 20 years old and you can clearly see that she is way over 40 or maybe even 50. PITIFUL!

This isn't her first cougar experience. I think it is Touched who mentioned somewhere that she was with Deacon. I had forgotten that.
The thing with older men now is they want someone 20 years younger. Guys Jackie's age are after 30 somethings. Does that mean she would end up with someone 70 something? Not Jackie! She's run him ragged!

Owen and Jackie are hot together and it's really no different than Bridget and Nick. He is old enough to be her dad. Jackie is not nuts. She just wants to enjoy her young boy toy. She is just happy and I can understand why. If Owen dissapoints her, so be it but for now, they are good together and I think that they have great chemistry. Owen may be a lot younger than her but I think if you have the opportunity to get them while their younger, they last longer.

IMO jackie is a beautiful woman, but I dont like the way the character is being written. Her business is in trouble and they are fighting to stay afloat and she has no focus on that. I think the story line could be better if it were more realistic, and showing her doing more than having sex with Owen. Right now she is being portrayed as oversexed and nothing else. Even Eric had to come up for air and focus on business
