She could have told him give the family some space to grieve. Hopefully when things calm down then you can oursue Steffy, If she loves you as much as you say she does she'll wait for you. Now Rick would've understood that?!?! Brooke couldn't have said that. But Brooke being who she is selfish is taking Ridge attack on Rick as a personal blow to her self. She feels that in order for Ridge to love her he has to love Rick and accept that the step siblings want to marry. So ITA Brooke doesn't need Ridge she needs someone with the same twisted ideology she has. That love proceeds all even if its your family, belongs to a family member, or has been with a family member. You have the right to love anyone you want despite who it hurts. I guess she has to be on the receiving end to understand. I honestly don't think that Brooke has the ability to be supportive of anyone the right way. She couldn't really support Bridgit, or anyone else. She is not supporting Rick she is appeasing him at the sacrifice of Steffy. So messed up.
