These are the real things that Ridge wants out of Brooke! Things she can't possibly do! Who could? Ridge is severely depressed, and the drugs he is popping are not helping! He doesn't seek couseling, which is the absolute first thing he should have done a long time ago! He just keeps making these demands of Brooke, and she can't concede to him! Don't expect her to either! And the other women around him aren't helping one bit! I feel sorry for him!

IMO Brooke was never shown as being very sympathetic or supportive of Ridge on the loss of his daughter.
Maybe is she was more tuned in to her "soul mate" she would have recognized his depression and talked in him into counselling (and yes I know not from Taylor or James) right after Phoebes death and he would not have spiralled down into the situation he is in now.
But then how would the writers have started the triangle again?

WOW! Are you kidding me??? Brooke was VERY supportive of Ridge during the whole Phoebe dying! She even had Stephy come see him a few times when she knew Ridge needed her. She isn't a councelor and noone seeks councel without realizing they need it.

Ridges demands were/are outrageous, at least he finally realized that Brooke couldn't possibly do as he expected in regards to her son. Shoot she should have turned the tables on him and demanded the same of him over his demented son Thomas!

I think it's amazing that anyone would fault her for loving her son! What GOOD mother chooses a man over her own flesh and blood? No matter how old said child is! I don't see Brooke telling him he can't love his son and last time I checked tomas did some bad stuff recently too( stuff that could have killed her son) but she didn't throw out ultamatums! She needs to find a new hottie and focus on her own life and her children and let Ridge get hooked on drugs thatnks to his drug pusher Taylor!

Brooke is always supportive of Ridge, maybe not in the way he always want her to but nevertheless she is always sensible about it.

Unfortunately, I don't think a hottie is what she needs at this time. She needs to shift the focus to herself and her children and try to get Rick some good professional counseling.

BROOKE ALWAYS SUPPORTS RIDGE IN HIS BEST INTEREST:THE ANGER THAT HE HAS TOWARDS RICK IS GOING TO DESTROY HIM BROOKE HAS RIGHT.
STEPHANIE AND TAYLOR JUST TRY TO MANIPULATE HIM.

This entire s/l is making me crazy. I understand that Ridge is just now going through his grieving period, but how can he turn to a woman who knowingly got into a car drunk and ran over and killed his brother's wife, the mother of his little niece. How can Ridge respect Taylor?

Kids grow and move on.Yes they are still part of your life, but you also have the right to be happy with who you plan to live the rest of your life with.I don't see Brooke having chosen Rick over Ridge she just knows nobody can keep them apart.I made my suggetion on a new post. If that didn't work then except it as it is.

Brooke is in a no win situation. If she chose Ridge over Rick, she would be labeled a bad mother for doing so. If she chose Rick over Ridge, she would be labeled a bad wife for not supporting her husband. So, she loses regardless.

I am glad she didn't chose Ridge over Rick, as it will just give Rick more justification for hating Ridge. Ridge has to deal with his grieve over Phoebe's death and come to the realization that Rick didn't kill her and it was an accident. Without that, he will never be able to live with Brooke no matter how much he loves Brooke.

How about this for a storyline? What if after seeing how much Brooke is hurting over losing Ridge, Rick finally realizes that he loves his mother more than he hates Ridge? So he offers to leave LA for good if Ridge goes back to Brooke. How do you think this will after Brooke, Ridge and Steffy?
