I can't believe what a two faced hypocrit Ridge can be. Why isn't he doing the same with his daughter that he is DEMANDING Brooke to do with her son. Taylor too for that matter, why isn't she home screaming at her daughter the way she wants Brooke to scream at her son, instead of doping Ridge up so that she can take advantage of him. I always wanted Ridge and Brooke together, but now I think that Ridge can go far far away and take Taylor and Steffy with him so he can "protect" them from everyone else. Oh yeah, and Thomas too!!!!

I'm surprised with all that he has had, he didn't fall over!

Ridge and Taylor don't want to scream at their daughter because they are taking(to use an old-fashioned term),a passive-aggressive approach. They want Brooke to take all responsibility, so if it fails, she is to blame, not them. They don't mind Brooke destroying her relationship with her son as long they don't have to be too much of a bad guy with ther daughter. That way they can pick up the pieces and say I told you so. The bottom line is Brooke is the one that loses no matter what happens, whether she sides with Ridge or her son, she loses one of them. It's mighty convenient for Taylor and Ridge to have Brooke do the dirty work. Brooke is left with no choice, she chooses what is right, to let two grown children determine their own destiny.

I think what Ridge want Brooke not to yell at Rick. He just wants her to not give them her blessing. Even katie asked today why did she do that? He just wanted for Brooke to say "I can not stop you. but I do not condone, accept, or approve of your relationship. Not now. Not ever"

Taylor and Ridge have to told Steppy this much. They have made it clear that they do not accept this relationship. Brooke on the other hand has said she will accept and support their relationship.

As far as RJ you never see much of the kids when they are young. Any soap you look at they do not give much air time to the young kids. I think Rick is messed up not because of Ridge, but because his mom jumped out of how many men's bed? She married how many men?

I remember a segment when Bridget was talking to Brooke about how embarrassed as a child she was when Brooke's bed room came out. She talked about how she felt seeing her mom in the tabloids with a different man every week.

For all the Stephanie bashing, she had Pylicia, Thorne, and Ridge. (I think there is 1 more daughter too) Phlicia and Thorned turned out great. And Ridge though spoiled rotten turned out decent. A womanizer (like his father ) but decent. So she raised stable well behaved kids for the most part.

In Ridge's defense--he is emotionally over the edge.
He is not in control of his emotions and actions.

As someone said--Ridge held his daughter as she died.
He has been through too much with grief-- and with Rick--
it would be difficult to get past the way Rick has dogged Ridge-- and the disrespectful things that Rick said to Ridge regarding targeting his remaining daughter.

Now Ridge's behavior is drug influenced on the top of his emotional crisis. He is not an idiot--he has been through too much--and cannot cope.

Ridge did not know he would run into Taylor when he retreated to Phoebe's grave.

Taylor is stupid, and she is a predator....

I agree alot with some of you about Ridge and Brook but like some of you said all he asked for was just to back him up with words. But, she could not do that and she is getting just what she deserves. Taylor is just a no good doctor that can't get a man with trying to have sex with him or with drugs.

You all have blown the 1 pill horn toooo much Ridge is the one stealing them so I guess now is when we jump and say Ridge can go to jail for stealing the meds.Here we go gang what kind of time would Ridge do if he got caught with meds that don't belong to him Have at it

You know guys,,,I've been following this show for years,actually 17yrs,,and these comments are surprising,,.I mean come on,,,Brooke..pity for her,,poor thing.I'm loving it that Ridge and Taylor(Tridge) are FINALLY going forward to getting back together.And hello,,,to a comment made previously,,she's not feeding him drugs,,realize the difference And Ridge ,still HOT..u need a strong women,regardless of the comments on Taylor from other viewers..analyze the character and whats been going on before u judge..

Taylor only gave him a 1 pill at the grave site other wise hetook them from her purse without her knowing it. Brooke brought this whole thing on her self. By the way why doesn't Brooke , Brooke, Ridge, Katie and Rick anything about what is going on at the office.

How can you say the Forrester kids raised by Steph are good. What makes them so much better because I am lost. People are so quick 2 judge book when say 4 instance was it decent when Stephanie caused Brooke to get assaulted nearly murdered. Stephanie,Ridge,nor Taylor are no better.

Kristen, Felicia and Thorne turned out pretty good because Stephanie paid no attention to them. All her concern and love was cast at Ridge. That's why he is so friggin' special to himself.
