If NOT then maybe Steffy will actually make her own decision instead of having mommy & daddy make it for her. Ridge really didn't listen to his own "mommy" when she always tried to sabatoge his relationship with Brooke and she's been doing that for what, 20 some odd years now? |

Steffie knows what this is doing to her father (unless he is not her father) and she doesn't seem to care. Let's say Brooke sides with Ridge against them, then what? Is Rick or Steffie willing to walk away. They are adults and will obviously do whatever pleases them.

Rick and Steffy are adults, not children. Ridge, Taylor, Brooke, not even Stephanie can "forbid" them to do anything. And why is it all up to Brooke? Because they won't listen to Ridge, it has to be all on Brooke's shoulders to keep them apart. Ridge is the one acting like a child. |

Unfortunatley for the viewers, the wrong daughter died in the car accident and we have to be subjected to this crap s/l for how many months now. Even the actress that plays Steffy said in SOD that in real life she would never take this guy back. This is a great s/l for young women. What a great example it shows. Just let a guy use you, lie to you and you will go back to him when he plays a DVD of your dead sister. Well what can you expect when your mother and finacee's mother are the weakest women on the planet and get played daily by Ridge. This show continually depicts weak and stupid women that will do anything to hang onto their men, no matter how demeaning. |

Ridge should have taken his daughter aside and spoke with her. After all, this problem is between Steffie and Ridge. She's not Brooks daughter. Ridge may have wanted Brook on his side here but its clear that Brooke did not feel the same as he did. And if Brooke disagreed with Ridge she should say so and not be afraid what Ridge will say. She should speak up for herself more instead of being so careful what to say to him. And Ridge should not have expected Brooke to be on his side especially when she didn't want to be. |

Just had a thought imagine if Steffy is pregnant explaining to RJ, how old is he spose to be 5 or 6? that his half brother and half sister are having a baby together,hope he understands his family history. |

I do agree with the post of just let these two be and then see where it ends up.My daughter had a similiar situation I finally gave in and I have to say some people will surprise you.My daughters fiance did, he actually has become a great asset to the family.He made some really bad decisions and I mean real bad.Now he lives with us us around the house and my grandson calls him Daddy by his choice.I have stood by and hated and loved them at the same time.Yet my husband and I excepted him and forgave and it has been the best 6 months in our lives.Our family is so happy and at peace now Maybe this could happen for Steffy and Rick.Rick is getting help and at least he is taking the right steps to recover.I am proud of Rick as I am with my future son in law, |
It doesn't mean you let your guard down you just take day by day,This is not Brookes problem if anyone has a problem here It is Ridge he is doing the same as my ex husband is and Like I told him yesterday I will pray for you that you don't die a miserable old man and end up loosing your family.These people are adults and how many of us have not made some terriable decisions? Thank God someone gave us the love and support we needed to recover so let Rick and Steffy do what they want and Ridge Brooke and Taylor buttttt out and you Stephanie and whoever.Just let them be.They are the ones who have to face the music one way othe other.
