Excuse me, but isn't extorsion a crime as well?

Bill Spencer is using extorsion to try and get his hands on Forrester Creations. Eric's best bet might be is he went to the autorites on his own and came clean. The worst the would probably do to him for having illeagal workers there is fine him. Then he could tell Spencer if he doesn't back off he will turn him in for extorsion

Years ago, when the restaurants were hiring illegal aliens, they used to lose their business license! I don't know what they do in California!

Since there has never been a problem before, the most likely outcome of this for Forrester is Eric would be slapped with some hefty fines. Then the INS would most likely be watching him like a hawk for a while.

Yes you are so right Mdtuttle and I agree Eric go first and come clean that way he will just get a hefty fine most likely maybe some community service or something.Beat Bill to the punch.More ways than one.
I think if Eric and Stephanie plus whoever got a good nights sleep things will clear their minds and things will be much better it is amazing what sleep can do for ones mind and spirit..They are all running their brains scared and just can't think clearly.Thanks Mdtuttle your always on the ball along with Touched.
