Why does B&B not have very many posts? Compared to Y&R they are few. |

Y&R is one hour long! It has broader storylines and more characters to talk about! It is also viewed by more people than the rest of the shows! But MB's account for only 1% of the viewing audience, so I'm told! |

I to had wished there were more posts in the past but I have given up on this soap the story line's got to bad to bother. |

I never post on B&B before but since DD left Y&R and now on B&B he was always my favorite actor thats why I come here. |

I watch young and the restless as much as bold and the beautiful, but I have never been on their message board. That is because there is more to complain about bold and the beautiful. I really dont have too much to complain about on the other one. |

I try to avoid the board when it gets nasty! There are other boards for that! I like to discuss the soap but the rhetoric gets hard to take! |

One other reason why there might be more posts on Y&R is that some people post simply to see there name on the screen, because what they post will make no sense! |

So wrong yet so right. I always thought the reason why there wasn't that many message boards, if any at all, was because it's a 1/2 hour soap with a small cast. And usually there are 2-3 storylines going on. Theres so much you can say about a storyline until you become repetitive. It doesn't help that they reuse the same storylines over and over and over again. I wouldn't want to go to a B&B MB to discuss Brooke/Ridge/Taylor take 5,783. |

I agree with you, especially on one point, some of the posters don't know fact from fiction. They seem to think these characters are real life people and heaven forbid if you say something about the actor/actress, even if it's right. Their entire life revolves around the character. That said, I believe the reason for fewer posters here is the 1/2 hour show compared to the 1 hour Y&R. For a time I didn't care if I watched B&B or not but it's really picked up in the last month or so. Sure there are persons on that show people don't like but that's what makes it interesting. BTW, DD is doing a great job over here. Love the way they've writen his character. |

I like B&B but they writers write with their eyes closed. They write the same thing over and over. Nothing new. The characters go back and forth. As for Y&R the writers are creative and they keep us on out toes. Several times on B&B you will fast forward the show, because its boring. |
