BIOGRAPHY
Joseph Mascolo currently portrays Massimo Marone on The Bold and the Beautiful and has done so since August of 2001. Before that, he was best known as the Villain of Salem, Stefano DiMera on Days of our Lives off and on from 1982-2001. While portraying Stefano DiMera, he garnered 3 Soap Opera Digest awards for Outstanding Villain. Moscolo has additional daytime drama credits on General Hospital and Santa Barbara.
Moscolo has appeared in several films which include Heat, Shaft?s Big Score and Jaws II. He also has credits for many TV shows including All in the Family, Hill street Blues, The Incredible Hulk and Kojak.
He was born in West Hartford, Connecticut but currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his family. His hobbies include reading, tennis, music and gardening.
