BIOGRAPHY

Betty White made her television debut in 1949, on "Hollywood on Television." She later went on to have her own television series, "Life with Elizabeth" in 1952. White is best known for her role as Rose Nyland on "The Golden Girls." She also played Sue Ann Nivens on "Mary Tyler Moore."
