Hi everyone. I am having trouble checking in today because I took a really bad fall yesterday. My left hand got torn open and I am all black and blue today. It really hurts like hell. Thank GOD my neighbor was home to help bandage me up. My husband left work and helped me to shower and wash my hair. He drove me on all my errands, so that I wouldn't have to lift anything. It will take awhile for this to heal. I am so annoyed with myself.

I dread getting ino the shower. I have to find a latex glove with a tight rubberband. If it gets wet, I scream and Dakota runs and hides.

Hello everyone!

I meant to post on Thursday night, had the post almost finished and the power went off. Decided to go to bed!

Friday....woke up with a headache, took excedrin but it didn't help. Finally took my migraine meds and went to bed.

Saturday.....no headache. Drove down with Kyle to see my dad. Spent most of the day with him. Stayed with him so mom could get out for awhile. He is very weak. Thank the good Lord for hospice! What a wonderful organization.

Now it is back to work after Friday and Saturday off. My house is a mess but the laundry is done! Wheeeeeeeeee!

Good evening to all.....as the song goes...just another manic monday! Patty...you must have been to my house...it seems the harder I clean the messier it gets.....
I am glad you had some time with your dad. I know it meant a lot to both him and your Mother for you to come and spend time with them.....Hope your week goes okay!

Not sleeping, as usual!

Took Kyle to get his senior picture taken today.......he has grown up too fast. Wants to join the navy next year after he graduates. He's interested in computer technology.

I've worked 4 days and 10 to go. The house is even messier than it was before.....if that's possible! Why do I torture myself by looking at the mess? Should just close my eyes and stumble to the door without peeking.

It was 88 at 10pm when I got off work. I wish we had cooler nights....would make the hot days easier to take!

As for dad.....it's his birthday (23rd). I will call him before I go to work. Wish I could be there.

So.......how is the week treating everyone? Everything okay?
I'm nodding off at the computer....time to get to bed.
