They have no leaders, no leadership, and no power, so they're reduced to hiding magazines in magazine racks!! LMFAO! Whatever gets you through the day I guess!

Actually I can understand that. I certainly did not agree with the policies of George Bush, and did not want to see most of those policies succeed. So I can honestly say when he was President I wanted to see his policies fail.

It is actually a form of greed imo. Rush and his followers worship the Rep party in an unhealthy and unnatural way. Being in office gives them a feeling of power and they are greedy for that power at all cost. To hell with the nation "just get in power" is their motto. Obama could bring world peace and cure cancer tomorrow but they would say he did it wrong. Wrong because of his party name.

Hello People!!! Serving up more truth to counteract the falsehoods you may find elsewhere!! Happy reading!

mediamatters.org/items/200903050011

During the March 5 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends, co-host Brian Kilmeade falsely asserted that President Obama has proposed eliminating the ability of taxpayers to take income tax deductions for their charitable contributions. Kilmeade claimed that the Obama administration has proposed "getting rid of the deduction for charitable donations." In fact, Obama has not proposed eliminating the charitable donation income tax deduction for any taxpayers. Rather, a provision in Obama's budget proposal would, beginning in fiscal year 2011, reduce the tax rate at which families earning more than $250,000 per year can take itemized deductions to 28 percent.

Kilmeade's false suggestion echoes a false claim made by Rep. Tom Price (R-GA) without challenge during the March 1 edition of CNN's State of the Union and uncritically reported in a March 2 USA Today article.

And because the lies just keep on coming....here's another article
mediamatters.org/items/200903050012

Rush Limbaugh claimed during his February 27 morning radio update that "[t]he Obama budget ... funds the relentless drive toward socialized medicine" -- a statement that is neither accurate nor original. In fact, as the Urban Institute wrote in an April 2008 analysis, "socialized medicine involves government financing and direct provision of health care services," and therefore, progressive health-care reform proposals do not "fit this description." The analysis also noted: "Similar rhetoric was used to defeat national health care reform proposals in the 1990s and, with less success, to argue against the creation of Medicare in the 1960s." Indeed, a Media Matters for America analysis found that dating as far back as the 1930s -- with respect to at least 16 different reform initiatives -- conservatives have attempted to smear those proposals by calling them "socialized medicine" or a step toward that inevitable result.

These reform efforts include President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's consideration of government health insurance when crafting the 1935 Social Security bill; President Lyndon Johnson's 1965 amendment to the Social Security Act establishing Medicare; President Bill Clinton and first lady Hillary Clinton's health-care initiative in 1993 and 1994; the creation of the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) in 1997, as well as its 2007 reauthorization and 2009 expansion; Barack Obama's and Hillary Clinton's health-care proposals during the 2008 presidential campaign; health information technology provisions included in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009; and health-care provisions included in President Obama's fiscal year 2010 budget blueprint.

Here's what I'm thinking...the job of the Chairperson of a political party is to articulate the vision of the party, and recruit new members. So does that sound more like Michael Steele or Rush Limbaugh?

So if Limbaugh is articulating the vision of the party, and is working to recruit new members my question is this:
Does the Republican Party need an intervention or an exorcism?

My opinion exactly!!! Can they really be so desperate for power that they would be willing to subject us all to that anti-human being.
