Just another one who only cares about getting them born then they are on their on.  Or should I say they are on his computer. I just wonder if it was down loaded off the internet or photos he took. Scary! He needs the death penalty or life in prison.

I did not hear about that. However, I watch C-Span which is a good 'real time' source of 'unfiltered informtion'. What happened was, that while congress has always had the right and option to recognize outstanding or famous persons and enter remarks from the floor and in the Congressional Record, it is highly unusual and rarely is a resolution offered to recognize a person of importance. Ms. Pelosi was merely recognizing congressional protocal! She didn't make it up the rules! |

House reps are always walking around during business or walking out of the chambers, Drives me crazy 'cause the presiding officer is always banging the gavel to get them to shut up and essentially telling them to pay attention to the proceedings. Like a bunch of little kids in the cloak room!
I've been hearing that a growing number of her constituents are upset about this... Do you guys know that when MJ died on June 25th, members of the Congressional Black Caucus had a moment of silence, and some House reps walked out? Hmmm...do you guys think this resolution should pass? |

well i see the Palin thread got closed. i'm not sure why..i thought the debate was decent and at a point to where no one was being rude. i'm beginning to think some were right..you just can't be oppossed to certain things w/out some getting too upset. oh well. i guess i'll just state in here that i think Palin is a complete moron and stays out of politics. |

Sarah..lol..I'm starting to think that if this message board were a state, it would be a 'Red' state...it's amazing how so many get riled up about a proven fact--Sarah Palin is incompetent...plain and simple. If we said half of the things that were posted on that thread---unAmerican, immoral, etc--then I can understand why it was closed. The conversation was taking a turn towards the end until "ignorance" had to rear it's ugly head again...

This has been a lesson learned...for real, KIR! I find if I say, "why is the sky blue during summer, and gray during winter?"--there will be a comment "the sky isn't really blue or gray, there's your one-sided liberal ways saying something that's contrary to God's will and forcing your evolutionary ideas on others!" |
