Thanks for posting those lyrics Sunny. I love that song. It is long & loses something when they have to condense it, but I liked his version & can't wait to hear the studio version. I am sort a U2 purist & don't like hearing different versions of their stuff, but Adam did a good job with it I think. The song builds slowly - that is one of the great things about it- & under time restriction, Adam did what he could.

My main complaints tonight - the judges, who need to be put in a play pen & have their mouths taped. The arguing is stupid & wastes time. In an hour there was maybe 12-15 minutes of singing. Other complaint - that backup singer during Adam's 'Cryin.' Her mic was up way too loud or something.

Kris did well tonight. Nothing bad or spectacular from Danny IMO. Any undecided voters I say went for Kris tonight most likely. Despite the judges giving interviews all week saying it'll be an Adam/Danny final, Kris certainly has earned a spot there himself. While I want Adam in the final, the producers have to be praying Adam makes it b/c a Danny/Kris final will stink to high heaven IMO and a final minus Adam will be, as they said, perhaps the biggest Idol upset.

After watching the judges tonight, I remember why I don't like this show & wouldn't be watching at all if it weren't for Adam. Their antics are what fuel people like those who run Vote for the Worst.

Adam left me speechless with his version of Cryin...

Danny was a huge disappointment..

Kris surprised me, he did very well, I'm not a huge fan of his, and I usually don't even pay attention to his performances. I really liked his version of Heartless, better than Kanye's, though, I'm not a fan of Kanye West at all!!

i voted several times... actually didnt have a problem getting thru... (adam)... wonder does that mean anything... although they did have 3 lines...

i actually didnt see any of the contestents first performances... was waiting at the school to pick up daughter

Boy they waited until the last minute tonight. Can't believe how many total votes & that around a million separated Adam & Kris. I want to know who had the most!

Loved the homecoming vids...LOVED that they showed part of Adam singing the National Anthem.

Should be a great final.

Awwe...I'm sad to see Danny go. I think he is extremely talented and someone I would be happy to hear more from.

I wish him all the best and hope to see his career blossom.

I quietly want to celebrate my happiness that Adam is still there. I have a very good friend who is very upset that Danny is gone, so jumping for joy right now doesnt seem right.

So i'm going to jump up and down in my living room, scream so loud my neighbors call the cops...but i wont type in caps tonight.

I just turned to the end,,, last night. and saw danny singing... so i had assumed he was go go Gokey-gone.... guess the Adam folks really went to town with the votes...

should be a good final...

Sad to see Danny go, but I expected it...

Adam totally deserves to be in the finale, so I'm glad America got that part right! I know that Danny will still have a career of some kind, as well as Allison. After they aired the Ford video, my husband said the three guys would make a great boy band, and I just laughed at him, Adam is totally out of their league!
