I wasnt surprised at all that Allison went home, by now the contestants arent judged on one night they are voted for on their overall popularity. Everyones had bad weeks: Adam singing Johnny Cash for one....At least Danny can make fun of himself when he knows that Rock isnt his thing. At this point who cares who really wins...I'm sure Daughtry agree's that losing was the best thing he could have done, selling over 5 million albums aint to shabby. I love their new single! Next week should be good, I like when the judges pick a song, also when the contestants get to choose one.

Allison was sent home!!!

She will go far....she don't need the title! Girl got mad skills and at such a tender age!!

Some spoilers for tuesday...apparently each contestant gets a text today telling them what song the judges have picked for them.

Danny was told he'll singing 'Dance Little Sister' by Terence Trent D’Arby.

Word must be spreading b/c already people are commenting under the video about Danny singing the song.

Kris will sing “Apologize” by OneRepublic, a song I am more familiar with & that I think Kris can do well with.

I think these songs suit their voices.

No word on Adam's song yet. The site that posted these is usually reliable w/spoilers.

Lord... i cant see danny singing that... oh well... i was a catchy song... Wishing Well was more popular, and Sign Your Name... by terrance trent Darby... wonder whatever happened to him...

Adam's pick from the judges is rumored to be 'One' by U2. I've wanted him to sing U2 so I hope this is true. I'd rather hear 'With or Without You,' but One is a great song too. Love U2, saw them in Houston a long time ago.

Still no word on Adam's song from the judges. Seems perhaps clearing a U2 song is not that easy, which I can imagine, & the second choice is Chris Isaak's 'Wicked Game,' which I think would also be a good song for Adam.

Also, those of you who want Adam to win, Vote for the Worst is really championing Danny since his performance last Tuesday, so vote for Adam Tuesday & vote often. Read more here:

Adam made the Drudge report...short Breitbart article regarding Simon's comments on Oprah's show today.

Also, if you haven't already, listen to Adam sing the National Anthem this past Friday at Miramar Airbase in San Diego. No music, he keeps it simple & his voice is rather deep...I love it. It's been on You Tube since Friday night & had over 25,000 hits. I've always thought the show, being American Idol, should have the contestants sing the National Anthem at some point in the competition.

I'm not as excited this week since Allison won't be on...

I love hometown week, but I would have liked to see Allison going to her hometown instead of Kris...he should just stay there during his visit..

Thanks Always...they all come back for the finale, well at least the top 10. I think I cried more when Allison got voted off than I did during Chelsea's goodbye scenes with Bo and Max!

I guess as long as Kris doesn't win, I'll continue to watch the show next season
