Based on tonight, Danny should go but I think Kris might.

I thought Allison's solo song was pretty good - better than Kris or Danny - & Simon is right, her duet with Adam, being the last thing people saw, will help her. The only thing that might send her home is if a lot of her votes last week were Adam split voters, b/c they won't split their vote anymore. I like Allison, but I like Adam more.

Kris has no power. The instruments, the stage, they seem to overwhelm him. Danny has more stage presence than Kris, but he was trying way too hard tonight...Adam took genres that aren't a good fit for him & made them work. Danny, not a rocker, was terrible tonight IMO.

I know Adam turned some people off tonight (though not me!) b/c this was not 'Mad World' or 'Tracks of My Tears,' but the fact that he can do those so well, & do what he did tonight (& Broadway & anything else he wants) is why he is so so good.

I agree and after Adams and Allisons solos the look on Danny and Kris's face was like holey $hit

I am a Danny Fan and I don't think his performance tonight was worthy of him going home....He wasn't as good as Adam. Simon had it right to begin with Adam did such a good job that it was vertually impossible for anyone to beat him tonight.

Also Adam has sung songs that were not his "thing" and made it his own..he is very talented.

That being said, I still like Danny's style better. Maybe he won my heart with his wife dying, but he also has HUGE talent and I think in the long run he can entertain more people who appreciate his style.

Allison is so dang cute and she has such an amazing voice for such a young girl. I wished that she sang Janis Joplins "A piece of My Heart" that would have been the song to put her definately in the top three. But she and Adam's duet was good so that may keep her in the game.

Kris has talent and I wish him well, I think he can easily cut a record and sell it well, just someone has to go and that's my prediction.

So Danny has one so so night and he should go home? He is the only one that has never been in the bottom 3..and that's for a reason. How about Adam or Alison try singing his genre? Adam sang a country song like a rock song...not country...huge difference. Danny was good, but not a rocker, and didn't try to change the song to be "safe".
Alison was BAD...not good at all,and I hated the duet.
I think Danny and Kris were far better, and I love that song.
I think Alison should go home, Kris was not great..but I would see him or Ali going.

Adam and Allison knocked me out! Danny and Kris, I liked their duet, but the solo's were ehhhh for me. Hey Tammer, I know you groove on Danny, and I think he is totally safe for right now. He isn't going anywhere, he has too many fans. I thought Simon was right about that last note though...man that was awful! I would have liked to see Danny do something different, like make a rock song and make it into his thing and not try to fit the mold of rock. Either way, he is safe I think.

I read Paula is singing tonight. I loved her back in the day. I'm sure she's singing something new, but I'd love a throwback like 'Straight Up' or something.

I don't think Danny's going home either. At this point, it's based more on how many fans you have than individual performances, so it's good for Danny that rock night came so close to the end...a performance like that early in the season would've killed him. I say Kris goes, but anything can happen.

yeah Danny and that end note... was not good... but i loved adam/allison duet...

the judge (forgot her name) said they should make a duet on thier albums.... i think she want to represent them.... regardless if they win AI.. you know people are waiting to work with them....

so there is life after AI.. as lots of non-winners can attest to.... Adam knows he is talented and whatnot, whether the AI voters pick him or not...

Adam and Allison were both amazing last night...though it wasn't Allison's best. I think Kris should go home. Danny wasn't at his best last night, but I think he deserves to stay!

What the heck was Paula doing? Is she trying to make a comeback? Anyway, I think that it was insulting that she lip sang on a show that people are judged for their raw voice talent.

Ok onto the results....really too bad that Alison had to go, I love that girls voice..she wouldn't have won the American Idol, but she sure has tons of talent...we will be hearing about her for years to come..I wish her well!

Rei I don't know what Paula was doing...why even bother with the head mic? And what was she wearing?

I was sad to see Allison go b/c she was better last night than Kris & Danny - her solo & her duet - & she has progressed this season while Danny IMO has not & really doesn't seem to take the advice anyone gives him. Last week Danny said he had been watching other contestants, aka ADAM, & he tried to be Adam last night & it was awful. People say Adam screams? Danny showed everyone what a scream sounds like. Ok, Danny rant over - I just hate to see Allison go & him stay, but I didn't cast one vote for her b/c I'd rather see Adam there than her...which is how I imagine a lot of voters felt despite wanting to help her out.

An Adam/Danny final looks likely. I think Kris is better than Danny. Who knows, maybe Kris has picked up Matt's voters.

Did you catch that there were like 64 million votes cast? Last week there were 40 something cast. Adam's fans got scared & got busy last night.

Can't wait to see what the judges pick for the contestants and what they pick for themselves.

Fact is Alison's performances were so so. Simon has said it time and time again.
Funny when Simon says Adam is awesome he knows what he talking about...but when he says Alison is not so good it's a different story.
Danny is FAR better than either Kris or Alison.
Is he better than Adam? That is up to each persons taste. To me yes. Danny screamed one note, Adam screams EVERY song, and never tries to sing in another genre...it's always rock.
Who says it was Adam's fans that "got busy?"
