just thought i would share so news...

my son is in our church's new puppet ministry!
josh is 11 . i am so proud that he wanted to do GOD'S work.

yes, it is. we are really close church that has over 200 members. we live a a very rural area. so everyone knows everyone. love it!

matthew 27:26-31

then released he barabbas unto him,and when he had scourged
Jesus,he delivered him to be crucified.
then the soliders of the governor took Jesus into the common hall,and gathered unto him the whole band of soliders.
they stripped him and on him a scarlet robe.
and they had platted a crown of throns they put on his head,
and reed in his right hand.and they bowed the knee before him,and mocked him saying Hail the king of Jews!
and they spit upon him ,and took the reed and smote him on the head
and after that they mocked him,they took the robe off from him,and put his own raiment on him anf led him away to crucify him.

WOW!!! what a love. i am so unworthly of his love.

the more i think about my life, the more i understand all my trials along the way. for if one trial was not there, i would not seen what was in front of it.
we all have a broken road to travel on.one full of potholes.
we can just keep driving around the potholes, but that does not fix them,it only makes them bigger.intil one day you can not dodge them anymore.
God can fill these potholes. all you have to do is believe and give your pothole to him. he may not always fiil that pothole in a hurry, but he will fil it when it is time.
i give my whole life to God.for he loved me so much that he gave his only son to die on that cross, for me.

It is hard to have faith at times when you don't understand why certain things are happening in your life. It is difficult to say "I don't understand, but I trust that God knows far more than I do." It's our nature to want to be in control, and that's the challenge of being a Christian - waking up every day & handing it over to God, knowing that He knows better than we do what we need.

it is hard not to be in control at times. i have been thinking of my brother a lot today. he is in a mess. has been in it for a while now. he just keeps geeting deeper and deeper in it.
can you pray for him?
