LOL Rudy.....I'm prepared for Alysha to kick up a fuss......but she gonna try and go hm hm good especially with the fried dumplings.

Okay, you know how to make dumplings right?

The only difference is you add a teaspoon of baking powder. This help them to puff out like a baseball....I like to make them small so it takes less time cooking.

1) You get a dutch pot or some thing deep that you can fry them in. Add enough oil to the pot.....I say about till its just over 1/4 cup high -enough to fry them in (like a dougnut).

2) Make sure the oil is hot.

Start placing the dumplings in.........turn the stove down to meadum heat (you don't want them only to cook on the outside).

4) When one side is golden, you turn them over, and move them around the pot......you take the ones that were in the middle to the ouside and vice versa with the ones that were on the ouside (it's like a circular pattern).

5)Puncture a hole in them (once you've turned them twice) so that they cook on the inside too....

Make sure you have another bowl to put them in and cover them so that the heat can continue to cook them on the inside.

You have to be patient cause it is a process to get them cooked just right......

PS If they do not cook on the inside you can always put them in a baking dish with a lid for about 15 mins and that should cook the insides.

The above steps may seem long but all in all you should be done in 1/2-3/4 of an hour.

Good question I've always wondered what chitlins was.

Hog maws sounds like pigs feet.

I will say I will try something at least once just not bugs, snakes, cat, dog, and whatever else some may call "delicacy"....frog too even though I heard it taste like chicken.....no thank you.
