The 90-6 vote came one day after Senate Democrats said they would not more forward with plans to close the prison until they had a comprehensive plan to deal with the detainees. Democrats have generally supported the notion of closing Guantanamo, but party leaders appear undecided on how that should play out and Republicans have criticized the plan as jeopardizing national security. thats good ,finally Dems. and Reps. come to their senses. who want to have terrorist on their backyard anyway,if they do then they should have it who ever suggest it  I just finish watching Glen Beck show and he quote this words from Pravda which is Russian News " the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed,the proud American will go down into his slavery without a fight. True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists. Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters. First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their “right” to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our “democracy”. Pride blind the foolish. Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different “branches and denominations” were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the “winning” side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the “winning” side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America. The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America’s short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe. These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more then ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?....Quote Can you believe this is come from country used to be USSR. do you believe we are in economicly self destruction ? this is the reason I dont want to invest here anymore,not until things turn around for good at least,perhaps the next 4 yrs after election. so many negativity going on around me and the news,such a let down,try to avoid it as much as I can because It starting to Pizz is me Off

Ok flipping the channels as I often do I land on Kieth Obermans Countdown....what a idiot he is. He ended his show with all seriousness he can muster up..he Blames Bill O'Reilly for that guy who shot and killed the abortion doc George Tiller..He used tapes from the Factor to back his idiodcy up...there were several segments that O'Reilly did talk about George Tiller and how for $5000 anyone can go to him at any stage in their pregnancy and abort their baby..In fact George Tiller had performed up to 60,000.00 abortions..not sure how many were late term, But Bill was reporting what was happening..Bill didn't make this stuff up. |

LMAO....This is laughable.....Thanks to EJ's updates on the ratings, I guess I can see why Oberman is so intent to get O'Reilly off the air so badly. HE SUCKS!!! Also Oberman blammed Bernie Goldberg for some guy that went on a shooting spree because the murderer had one of Goldbergs books at his house...and the murderer apparently stated he wanted to kill pretty much all the same people that Bernie Goldberg mentioned in his book.None of the people that that guy killed were in Goldbergs book. I read Goldbergs book and not once did he mention that he wanted any person he was talking about killed, or even hurt. Oberman is begging for ratings anyway he can get them, too bad he isn't worth the ratings on his own Journalistic abilities.....LOL I (along with seemingly almost every other American) never watch Olbermann, so thanks for this Rei. It seems Keith's countdown toward total irrelevancy continues . . . lucky for him, there are networks like MSNBC who value pushing the left's agenda above ratings, profit, or accuracy & thus continue to employ the likes of Olbermann. Geeesh I wonder why Keith would want folks to turn O'Reilly off...hmmmm...I can think of about 3 million reasons

Medvedev,I love his strong statement: "Cross Us and We will crush You" ...Thats is Leadership to me,Rather than apologize to the world for our Arrogant like Obama did. anyway,did you hear our Dems. friend Amy last night,she agree that Gov. should do whatever it takes to protect our country,why we should be better than other if thats not working obviously,and yes IMO I never like go by the book. Ivan was right waterboarding is very miner compare with some method that other countries use. he ask,if any of all you have your loves one being Kill and torture in the most horrible way ,would you still forgive them and being soft ? I doubt that,just the hypocrite or self righteous people think they better than others but the fact they are just Fools  .I couldn't agree more. I watch Hannity and ex Gov. Mitt Romney last night,it was great,he also disagree with 'Obama apologizing to the world' for our behalf
