BORN IN THE USA?
Eligibility arguments to get court hearing
'For 1st time, we have a judge who's listening'

Great News!!!!!

www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=103918

In what ultimately could prove to be a turning point in the legal challenges to Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, a federal judge in California has planned a hearing on the merits of a federal court case raising those questions.

According to attorney Orly Taitz, who is working on multiple cases alleging Obama is a "usurper" because he doesn't meet the constitutional requirement that only a "natural born citizen" can be president, U.S. District Judge David O. Carter ruled in a hearing today that her case will move forward.

GREAT NEWS ALERT!!

http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/

Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits !!
Please distribute everywhere.

Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama.

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

The DOJ will be involved with the case also…. I wasn’t clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.

Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also. This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.

Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

Yes, this is what our next president will inherit (in about three years, I predict via the Reagan/Carter style election):

"Budget deficit tops $1 trillion for first time"

apnews.myway.com/article/20090714/D99DSUG00.html

According to Reuters, the June budget gap was $94.32 billion, a record for June.

And, this WSJ piece titled "The Economy Is Even Worse Than You Think," discusses, among other things, that 'The average length of unemployment is higher than it's been since government began tracking the data in 1948.'

I think you already know that The Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009, put forward by Republican Representative Ron Paul of Texas, now has 250 co-sponsors in the House. It get air-time on Thursday during a congressional hearing on Fed independence that will feature testimony from the Fed's No. 2 official, Donald Kohn.
Public anger over the trillion dollars the Fed has put into play to battle the financial crisis and bail out investment bank Bear Stearns and insurer American International Group has created a backlash and calls for more accountability.
A proposal from Barack Obama to put the Fed in charge of monitoring risks to the entire financial system has intensified the scrutiny.

Pat Buchanan on Sotomayor -
www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=32699

I think his closing remarks are the most interesting. Assuming she is confirmed, he suggests that in future elections, comparing her to the conservative justices on the court might prove fruitful with voters.

Even if Sotomayor is confirmed, making the nation aware she is a militant supporter since college days of ethnic and gender preferences is an assignment worth pursuing. For America does not believe in preferences. Even in the blue states of California, Washington and Michigan, voters have tossed them out as naked discrimination against white males.

As Sotomayor would be a colorful personality in a bland liberal lineup of Ginsburg, Breyer and John Paul Stevens, she would stand out, like the co-ed-chasing "Wild Bill" Douglas in the 1960s and 1970s.

And if Republicans, in 2010 and 2012, can point to the court and say Sotomayor is their kind of justice, and Scalia, Roberts, Alito and Thomas are our kind of justices, that will not be all bad.

Quote Wild Flower: I never care for Nancy Pelosi at all,but her decision to shut down the resolution of Michael Jackson is wise.
there are other far more important things that facing our nation now,the economy crisis,North Korea, our nation border etc.

exactly,she/Pelosi said 'Lawmakers are free to use House speeches to express their sympathy or their praise any time that they wish,I don't think it's necessary for us to have a resolution' .
Even before Pelosi's comments, some Democrats said privately they did not support the resolution and a divisive debate would hurt House efforts to muster the votes for priorities such as health care and climate change.
When members of the Congressional Black Caucus held a moment of silence in the House after Jackson died June 25, some lawmakers walked out of the chamber, they dont say who, could be Dems/Reps. - you can read the story at www.chron.com.
anyway I dont believe about global warming ,BL post #954 nor like the proposal of universal health care, but true there are other very crucial things that face our nation now.

TGIF ,you talking about Global warming scam ? LMFAO.
anywho since most of us dont trust most lousy liberal media since while back ago,we trust overseas sources to rely for news,I subscribe BBC daily news and The Guardian from UK.
WSJ is the only newspaper I like from USA.
U.S. loan defaults hit record level.
Rising unemployment was behind the missed payments, it suggested.
Delinquencies - payments that were more than 30 days overdue - rose to 3.23% from 3.22%, the highest level since rates began being tracked in the 1970s.
Credit card loan delinquencies also increased, rising to 4.75% from 4.52% in the last quarter of 2008.
The US unemployment rate is now at 9.5%

I like those 2 but I also like Sydney Morning Herald from Australia and specially Kremlin News from Russia, anything about Prime Minister Putin who is anti liberal is good to read and nice that he has the power to crush liberal bias propaganda there.
I can find lot of USA news from abroad so its unnecessary to watch news here except for Fox's and few more I like such Scifi,TNT,Discovery,Hallmark and AMC,TBS and CBS for Y/R soap.
anyway,Amy was chuckles last night repeating Justice Ginsburg statement " Yes, the ruling about that/abortion surprised me. Frankly, I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of "
sweet thought of her wish she would be more specific

exactly anything at all that eliminate big BS and fakey from liberal is interesting to read, specially when that come from someone as brilliant like Putin, hei even Hilarry Duff made song for him at youtube 'Putin The Legend'
IMO Judge Ginsburg has every right to express her opinion whatever that maybe, honesty is much more appreciated than hypocrite smooth talker ,remember we go against the flow and we dont like Bent Over mentality whatever the reason maybe.
quess who loves the most when USA divided ?

yes she does, but Judge Samuel Alito still our fave judge along with the rest of the conservative one.
I wont ask you why U like Putin, its ur choice .
just like I dont give a rat's azz of these actors who support Hugo Chavez such Kevin Spacey,Danny Glover and Sean Penn who personally visit Hugo Chavez .
Hugo Chavez who strongly dislike American Gov.
I wish I can visit VP,lol that will be dream come true

Wow, who knew there was a Californian judge out there who really has an open mind, the kind the liberals all claim to avocate?

I'm still on the fence about if I believe he is born elsewhere, but I find it extremely plausible that he wasn't and it has been masterfully covered up. I just find it unsettling that he possibly flew under the radar for so long, and no politician cared enough to check when he was thrown into the campaign years ago. Then again, it wouldn't be that hard to cover this up. Its not hard to fake a birth certificate, and if you find no discrepancies, why bother to make sure its legitimate? People get lazy, I guess.
But I have always leaned towards his birth being in Kenya, you know, where his grandmother publicly said she remembers it being.

Hmm ...LOL..I wont ask why,I know already, beside I dont want you to email Kremlin about my nosey question .
well I was checking news from Europe about whats going on in our country,I find this video about Barrack Obama was defending his economic stimulus plan when one of his teleprompter screens crashed to the floor and shattered into pieces.
The glass plate displaying his speech hit the floor in the auditorium of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, within the White House compound.
about Sotomayor comments...wise latina...blah..blah,Sen Jeff Sessions, the senior Republican on the judiciary committee, said: "I will not vote for, and no senator should vote for, an individual nominated by any president who is not fully committed to fairness and impartiality."
Such comments, her critics say, suggest her decisions would stem from bias, empathy and emotion rather than strict interpretation of the law.
Republican Charles Grassley, senator for Iowa, said Mr Obama had nominated Judge Sotomayor for the wrong reasons.
"Mr Obama's empathy standard appears to encourage judges to make use of their personal politics, feelings and preferences".
"This is contrary to what most of us understand to be the role of the judiciary."

Good afternoon Beverly ,M and A P
I read this from European News during Obama visit to Kremlin and G8 summit meeting.
Russia's Prime Minister Vladimir Putin praised the hospitality and openness of U.S. former President George W. Bush in a telegramme sent hours before meeting his successor Barack Obama.
Putin said to G W B "During the last years we have been working on strengthening Russia-U.S. cooperation. Although there were differences between our countries, I always valued your openness and sincerity," congratulating Bush on his 63rd birthday on July 6.
"With special warmth I recall your hospitality in the Crawford ranch and your family estate in Kennebunkport," Putin wrote, referring to their 2007 meeting at the Bush family vacation home when the two leaders went fishing and ate lobster.
I know those 2 seem get along well,we have tons of their pictures together from that site Dimitry show us........LOL.
Nothing is so strong as gentleness ,nothing so gentle as real strength.
Iam surprise they dont cover or at least a little news about our ex President Bush, thats ok though, who need main stream Lib. media anyway if I can get better from abroad .
I still have lots of respect for G W B and beautiful Mrs Laura Bush.
at least the Great V Putin still remember Mr Bush birthday.

I forgot to add,US Airways Group (LCC.N) on Tuesday said it would reduce airport staffing by 600 jobs this fall because of weak demand for business travel and declining revenue.
In a note to employees, the company's Chief Operating Officer Robert Isom said the cuts would occur in various of its airport-based operations. Isom said previous efforts to reduce US Airway's work force were possible through attrition.

Here's an interesting thing I read: Of the current government deficit:
33% was from bills signed by Bush
37% was because of the business cycle(less tax revenue, more safety nets)
20% was from Bush policies extended by Obama
7% was from the stimulus bill Mr. Obama signed.
That certainly puts things in an interesting light, doesn't it? Also, in 2001, when Clinton left office, they had expected the surplus to continue from 2009-2012 at the rate of $800 billion per year. Now, we have a $1.2 trillion per year deficit. Kind of hard to hang it on Obama, isn't it?
