As Labor Day comes to an end, I decided to stop over and create the new board.

Good morning, Dakota..Hope you're well, and prayers for your Mom... Wow, what a really quiet board this week... I sure hope that anyone caught in Gustav is safe.. I have a friend in Mississippi that I've never met but talked to online for 9 years who made it safely through this hurricane, but there's more of them on the way... guess it's time to pray really really hard for the new hurricanes to vanish into the atlantic, doing no harm. I miss having kids to send to school (youngest is 26), I never realized how special those times were.. but the memories are good.. and poignant.... Hope e-1 is having a good week, in spite of the hectic times of getting the kids back to school and crawling out of bed before the sun gets up.... Stay safe and keep warm.

Hey everyone, I'm staying away for a little while just for myself and to get things in my head back to normal. I've been so worried about everyone on the boards that I've consumed myself with it all. I haven't read the days board to see if things are "Nicer" then what they were but I just hope for everyone's sake they are. We all need to learn this is a soap message board and that's all it is we've all met some great ppl through here and it becomes a part of our lives. But don't fight to the bitter end over a character. Don't cross the line. Would ppl in your everyday life be treated this way "in person" It's just so easy to type something harsh on here and turn the computer off, and really not think about how it may effect someone. I think there are a great bunch of ppl here and I love this particular board. I'll pop in every now and then but for now I think I need to concentrate on other more positive things.

dolfanforlife Hello!! you are too sweet and I've wondered how you were. I'll go and make sure the Phil thread is the one I visit tonight. So you are doing school and being a mom. That's great and a lot of hard work!! I commend you on that. I finally got to see Phil today. I've missed a few episodes and then he's not been on when I could watch. He get prettier every day!! I hope he's on tomorrow, cause I'll be missing thursday. I hope he gets things straight. I think him and Morgan will be ok. I hope you are doing well and I'll be checking back in soon. Loves

Hi there Marilyn and I Heart U!!!

This is the first week I made the Days Chat board and forgot to put the symbol on the outside so that it would be easy to find. SILLY ME!!

Labor Day week always seems to bring a period of reflection to peoples lives. I know myself, it represents the changing of the seasons as we leave summer and approach autumn.

My mom was on tv yesterday on the local news. She is supporting Gary Levine for the state assembly seat. She had a luncheon with a few neighbors and friends attending. My brother was there, but I wasn't. I watched her three times on the news yesterday...7pm..8pm and 9pm EST.

I am so proud of her and how she pushes ahead despite all the obstacles that she faces. Today is the 5hr special type of chemo. I pray that she gets some encouraging news soon.

I heard from suzrocks. She got through the storm. Her family, dogs and herself are all safe.

They had power until, I believe, just after the storm passed. She has checked in with me and a few others. It is very difficult for those who live on the hurricane belts and have to always worry about sealing up the house and evacuating.

YES!!! I taped it. Lets just hope my vcr recorded it okay because it has been acting up lately.

Good morning everyone...nice to be back and i hope this finds those who went thru the storm ok...its been nice here in Clearwater Florida but we're now watching out for Hanna,Ike and Josephine...it never seems to end with these storms....cant wait for winter!

Hey Hey Hey, Just wanted to stop in and show you all some love. I have just been busy with things around here.
Aiden starts school(Pre-school) on Tuesday..... I am excited and nervous for him all at the same time.
