I always like to get new ideas. I read in a book recently from one of the experts that her theory is Vitamin C plus Fiber plus protein equals weight loss. |

It took me 10 months to lose the baby weight I gained(37lb). I went to the gym 3-4 days a week. The treadmill and the elyptical (spelling) helped me very much. Also if I didn't have time to go I stayed home and did Billy Banks Tybo. Tybo helps your abs, buttocks, and thighs. |

Southbeach has wonderful frozen pizza's and sandwiches that I eat for lunch. Very filling, taste great and low calories. My favorite is their turkey wrap. |

Instead of eating regular pastas, white breads, etc. substitute them for their whole wheat counterparts. True, the whole wheat versions do have a higher calorie count but they fill you up faster than the regular pastas, white breads, etc. so you won't eat as much. |
