Hi Cats! We use cartons or cloth bags... weaved shopping baskets but continue to use plastic garbage bags..

paperbags cost 20 cent the pop and plastic 10 cents.. go figure.. but we also use those.

you are way ahead of me, i am going to limit plastic bags for garbage too, now i have a stash of plastic bags i don't know what to do with, i may google how to dispose of plastic bags, i don't think we can burn them, i think it is unsafe, not sure

please take your plastic bags to the recycling bins at the local supermarket, and start using cloth or something that you use over and over again, thank you
