Hello everyone. This weekend really did go by fast. We got a lot of rain here in Florida so I worked on some projects. My husband has been wanting a table for outside to grill on. So I did a mosaic top and made the legs and even put a shelf on it!! Turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself. I'm the handy man in our house. I would rather get power tools than jewlery any day. I built a deck and pergola in our back yard. I also like to knock walls down.... I just like to see the look of panic in my husband's face when I walk in with a sledge hammer!! I hope everone has a great Monday. I will be celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary on the 30th. And they said it wouldn't last....

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, Mine was nice. I got to catch up with a few old friends. But the rain was CRAZY. I guess we did need it cause my grass and plants are starting to dye.
Today I am off to get school supplies, Target is having a BIG sale(I LOVE target..LOL) a pack of 24crayons are 22cents. I love a good sale...LOL

I was reading the spoilers and it would appear that Lucas is ALREADY out of jail, WOW that was fast.LOL only in soap land right.

Its Monday, i'm at my mom's right now using her pc..waiting on a phone call, hopefully picking her up from the hospital today, possibly tomorrow. She's doing much better and should be just fine. I havent had a chance to have someone look at my pc so i'm still using hers. I HATE not having a computer right now. You cant even imagine how frustrating it is and how many times i got up ready to walk over to it and look something up. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful tool for searching things online, finding phone numbers, chatting with friends and just emailing people we care about. I guess we take it for granted and when its taken away its very hard. Oh well. I'll live.

Anyway i just wanted to stop by while i had the chance and let you know i'm thinking about ya.

Sunny I know how exactly how you feel about being without a computer, I do the same thing at home...think about going online, and get a little upset when I remember that I can't...I am fortunate enough to have my computer at work...and great news, we get our new computer tomorrow, so yay me!
Kar, I'm so sorry to hear about your hernia, not life threatening, but painful eh? I hope that all goes well with that!

Suz, I hope everything is okay with you, I haven't seen a post from you in a couple of days...since I've talked to you actually...hope I didn't scare you away, LOL...
Our weekend was pretty busy, we went out to the state park for awhile on saturday to enjoy the nice weather, and then I had a sleepover for my daughter and her friends, for the Miley Cyrus concert on the Disney channel, we had tons of junk food, and the girls just had a blast! I am of course suffering for it today though, due to the fact that I stayed up with the girls until 3am, and then was back up at 9am yesterday morning, then lastnight I guess I was over tired, because I just could not go to sleep...thank god for tuesdays off!! My bosses are not in the office today, so it should be a pretty easy day! I should have plenty of time to check in today, so I hope to chat with you all at some point through out the day!

wanted to pop in and say what a big laugh Kate gave me today when she ran to the hospital room door screaming for help, over and over agian. Usually there are people in every grany of the outside room - everyone having deep converstions that no one else (just 3 feet away!) can hear! Poor Victor, if it weren't for firends....

It's amazing how fast a WEEK goes by. Hope everyone is well. Kids and I have been contending for the pc all week as they are home with nothing to do. Can't wait for school to start and to find a part time job.

Hello all! I just had to pop in to say hi to you. I hope this finds everyone OK. I just got confirmation that I will be able to start my classes on the 11th of August. The financial aid was approved, and I'm pretty excited about it. There's no change with dad, no better, but no worse either, so that's something, at least. Mom is OK, but she's worried to death all the time. It's very trying, and I am grateful to have my Ativan. How is everybody? I hope to be back later, and hope to see posts from some of you. Bye for now.

I got my new computer, just got done setting it up and stuff, but I still have a bunch more setting up to do...

Mom's tests are NEXT week. She still has to get injections to bring her red and white blood cells counts up. The white counts are doing better but the red is now the one that has been dangerously low. I feel so bad for her that she has to keep getting all these shots..in addition to treatment. It really sucks!!!

suz: I know that your computer has been giving you trouble.
