Condolences to the family, i just heard on the radio that she passed.... She was so funny on the Golden Girls.. |

WOW...What a shame. I aways loved watching Golden Girls growing up, and of coarse She was always my favorite. She will be greatly missed. My condolences go out to her family. |

OMG - I just read about her passing on CNN.com. I was suprised to see she was in her 80's.... I guess the Golden Girls were frozen in time for me. |

This is really sad to hear. She was awesome as Sophia. My favorite memory of the show was when she washed her dentures in the dishwasher. There were so many more good laughs from her. She will be missed. |

LOL yep that was a good one,and all of her~~ picture it....LOL...and that one when she was trying to come up with a way to make her some money so she rented out the rooms in the house  and i loved it when she would always give the girls a hard time about they way they had no life.One was a $lut,one was a dummy,one had no life.LMAO she was something else ..

My hubby's best friend lived in St.Petersburg FL before he passed. I used to rely on him (when we all lived in Ohio) to fix everything for me. |

Quote rei1: hi rei!, i feel for her family . i worked in a nursing home for 5 tear sand i worked on the special care unit , it was a lock down unit for alztimers and dementia patients who were in a severe state. sp i know how she must of been before she died. i am sure she did not even know who they were. how sad ! but, i know she is all well and making all the angels laugh in heaven!
